EDIT* We decided to give this place a second chance because the food was so good and the owner and staff made a great effort to make sure everything went well and smooth. The food is amazing and the lamb gyro and chicken shawarma wrap are absolutely amazing. We’ll be back!

We ordered some food from this restaurant to try out for the fist time via their website and got a time to go pick it up. Upon arrival the food was not ready and they had stated that they had no order sent in or called into them. My boyfriend stated that it was done as an online order and the gentleman proceeded to essentially "scold" him for not calling it in and that they would have had it ready if only he had called it in. What's the point of an online ordering service then? Another man showed up and discussed with the other guy about the online ordering system and they proceeded to bicker with one another how they didn't get a call from them etc and how the order was lost. They eventually made the food only to come out and tell him that they were out of fries. On a Wednesday night at dinner time? So instead we got salads with our food. Got the food essentially an hour and some after placing the original order on their ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM. The food was amazing and I just wish that wasn't our first experience with this restaurant. Decided to give this place a try for the 1st time. I ordered the Beef Shawarma sandwich, stuffed falafel, hummus, and knefah.I did order everything to go. When I arrived I noticed that finding parking was difficult. There's maybe room for 8-10 cars in their driveway. I parked across the street where it looked to be a closed down restaurant. Since I was just running in, Iawarma didn't worry about getting towed. There looked to be some off-street parking, though. So upon trying the Shawarma, it seemed like it lacked flavor. It reminded me of carne asada because the beef was in strips. I would have preferred carne asada as that is more flavorful, to be honest. Next, the stuffed falafel, we'll this too lacked flavor. I love falafals, and this was a huge disappointment for me. I ate a few bites, one just plain, another with the garlic sauce to see if that helped the flavor, and I did order a side of tziki sauce and tried that too but I gave up. The sauces also seem to have no real flavor. The hummus was good, but their pita bread is extremely fluffy, and I guess I'm more used to flatter pita breads, less sopapilla like. The Knefah was pretty good, I would order at least the dessert again. So, in a nut shell, this restaurant was not for me, but I'm glad I at least gave it a try. I love this place so much ! The food is delicious reminds me of being home in Miami because you get so much food variety over there. Not like here only Mexican stuff . This reminds me of Mediterranean rice kitchen but BETTER !! Super authentic and tasty! The spices just hit you and the little sauce it comes with is sooo good oh my goodness and the FRESH PITAS Are the best thing I have ever ate in my life! i dine in here, pick up to go and door dash they always satisfy the food is so good! And when you dine in the service is so wonderful the older gentleman is always so kind with my daughter I think he is the owner . They serve you fresh wholesome delicious food!
