Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alcoa

I've been ordering from this location since it opened. For the last year i order 1 particular pizza - they have yet to make the pizza correct. Every time i ask to see the pizza it is missing the "Oregano" - i ask way isn't the pizza made according to the order and the response is "i saw this but no one puts Oregano on a pizza!" I asked if they had a supervisor and they also respond no we don't have one at this location. They offer to give me a free bottle of coke but I'm still having to pay for a pizza that is incorrectly made. They don't read what the order states and they add or delete based on what the preparer wants to make at the time not what was ordered. I have left my name and number every time so management can call but no one has returned a call to date. The one time they did offer to make my pizza correctly i was told it would take an hour and the 2nd pizza order would just get cold while i wait for them to recook. I ordered pizza from this domino's at 923 pm because I was in town visiting and my boys were hungry. 1st I had issues with ordering online because it kept sending me to the wrong domino's and they kept canceling my order. So I called this one because I was told this one is in the area I was at. When I placed the order they told me it would be a hour and I said that's fine. A hour and a half later I still had no pizza and I called to see where it was and they told me they only had one driver and our order will be sent when the driver got back. After 2 hours I still have not received my order so I called and they said the driver just left the store with my order and it's now 1220 and I still do not have my order. My boys fell asleep without even having dinner because of it. They tried to offer me store credit but I do not live in the state and will not be able to use it. The Manager or owner of this franchised dominos is extremely ill mannered and will do anything to eat up your money. They sent me wrong pizza onc day and when I called he first yelled and with some argument finally said that he will put the pizza as credit. After few days when I called to get pizza from credit, same person told me that I have only $12. Then I said ok then send me just medium veggie pizza which he said was ~ $10. Then he said to give $11.59 extra after $12 credit. That means he was charging me $24 for medium veggie pizza delivery which includes $10 for pizza, $5 for delivery and $9 for tax!!! When I asked why so much tax then he became angry and started yelling at me. I couldn’t tolerate and said, “go eat those $12 credit and I don’t wanna do anything with you!”...
