Person working drive thru has no clue about the menu. We asked for maple sugar bacon sandwich in a meal with a tea. Person says we don't have meals. (OK just add hashbrowns). I literally want to cry, im not the person to go back and make it hard on anyone, but this is the 3rd week ive gotten coffee, and its never right, and im pregnant which makes my craving for it even worse, they dont put the amount of flavor in , like the others ive compared, and not enough Stevia, I get my coffee normally on 411 near food city but its easier to get in and out here at this location, and bc my doctor appt is right down the road, I asked for extra stevia packs and it helped but just tastes like plain coffee, I really hope management reaches out to me, otherwise I just wont go back, please listen to your customers, and let's try asking if theres anything else we need when we get to the window, just incase our morning brain foggers are not on.
