Before this review…keep in mind, I am a 28 year old male (we don’t write online reviews) from New England who was a Dunkin cup for Halloween last year (I’m obsessed with dunks). I have tried to defend this location to my significant other for months now. It has next to never been a pleasant experience. Everytime I go to this location it’s absolutely atrocious. But this was it for me. I will truly never be back and will just have to become a Starbucks guy because the next Dunkin isn’t in my way to work. Mobile order is designed to allow up to pick up and go. So this time I waited 25 minutes after my mobile order and am now late to work because they decided to sit on their phone making a personal call and waited that long to tell me their oven isn’t on. Mind you the coffee I ordered wasn’t even made in that 25 minutes. Worker said “it may be another 30 minutes”. So you mean an hour from the time I mobile ordered…? I asked for a refund and she seemed shocked I would ask such a thing. Worker told me to slide my card…leading to CHARGING me an additional $20. So now I’m $40 in and have no food or coffee and am late to work after a now 30 minute process since I mobile ordered. Finally got a refund and still wasn’t for the full amount I was charged both times combined but I just couldn’t bother being in there anymore. Wish I could say this was the first time something like this has happened at this location too. But sadly it’s not. And sadly I’ll never be back....
Read moreThis location let me down this morning. So after my workout nearby, I ordered coffee for pickup on my app. Which I have done at several other locations without problems. I get to the location 5 minutes after I place the order and I noticed a long line. I went to the pickup area which was on the other side of the counter and noticed that my order wasn’t there. So I took a seat and waited about 3 minutes, then I walked up to the counter and looked around and noticed that they had only one person working behind the counter, at that point I decided to walk back to the door and get in line with everyone else. It was a long line and I must have waited about 10-15 minutes and saw several other people walk up to the pickup side. After more minutes, the only person working went to the other side of the counter and stopped taking orders and started preparing the online orders. This was amazing because this one single employee was working the whole coffee shop by herself. The employee finally called my name and I got my beverage the good news is that it was correct. My problem is the staffing of a coffee store at 6:30-7 am. I would imagine that this is the peak time for coffee drinkers and you need more employees staffed. Overall my wait time from the moment I walked into getting my beverage was between 25-30 minutes. All I ordered was a large coffee, cream, and sugar. I must praise the efforts of the single employe and bring immediate attention to the...
Read moreEvery time I go to this Dunkin Donuts I'm compelled to write a bad review, almost always because of the employees, they're the bottom of the barrel, when DD could've easily found some high school kids or young adults who would've done this job with more accuracy and politeness than the miserable workers here. I parked in the back, walked out of my car with a small plastic bag of trash from my car, there were NO garbages in sight, none. I walk in and throw my trash in the garbage bin before heading to order, when the miserable looking woman at the register yells at me in front of everyone, "MAHM THERES TRASH CANS OUSIDE!" I am stunned and tell her I am going to make a purchase (and internally thinking HELL NO there are NO grabages outside! But I didn't correct her). I go to make my purchase and the woman, who I feel horrible for at this point as I see her, is so miserable and her face is full of hatred. She takes my order that I must repeat 5 times, and not a thank you, have a good day, nothing. Just misery. It's such a drag coming here, being yelled at, the amount of inaccuracies and unavailablities of food options they have advertised, the sheer misery of the staff. Horrifying. There's a Starbucks in the area who I'm sure pays their employees better as they're more cheerful every time I...
