The first day I arrived at 2 p.m., I was informed that the kitchen was closed. So, I decided to go to the Hyatt hotel across the street and had a delicious burger. That night, the bartender informed me that the bar was serving last call at 9:45 p.m. However, I passed by 15 minutes later and noticed that people were still being served new drinks.

Even though I'm a Hilton diamond member my $15 a day room credit only goes so far at this restaurant. One of the cheapest things I could find on the menu was the nachos and by adding chicken to it the price was over $24. The chicken was dry, the chips busted up and the queso chunky and maybe even expired. The only bit of freshness was a tiny scoop of sour cream and guacamole. I paid my dinner at the lounge in cash, but then the waitress gave me a receipt (normally used for room charge only but she did not tell me that) and asked me sign on it with the room number. I thought it was a generic receipt and the room number is for record info only. Then unluckily, they double charged my dinner to the room as well.
