Worst experience Iāve ever had a fast food restaurant. After evacuating my families from Pasadena from the Eaton fires and countless of our friends, losing their home I rushed 20 to make it here before they closed to bring back something Comfortable that would bring a little levity to a horrible situation. Made it with 15 to spare. The location does not close until 12 and I arrived at 11:45 only to find the drive through being blocked by a semi truck. I knocked on every door and window. I could find even being seen by the workers, but ignored only until I went to the drive-through window and banged as loud as I could did one worker who made eye contact with me finally come, speak with me only to let me know that The meat away early So that they could be done quicker. This young man had glasses and dark hair. I do not know his name. This was the most disrespected Iāve ever felt at a fast food restaurant, and I am extremely courteous at every restaurant Iāve ever visited the fact that you would deny someone who was Pushed from their home because you wanted to go home just a few minutes early is disgusting and you And the Burger King corporation should be ashamed...

Iāve been coming to this branch for the past year and for the most part itās been okay.
Today I placed an order ahead on the app and pick it up in store. Itās been 20mins for the wait.
There were people before me that are still waiting.
The drive thru line is long I guess all priorities went to that. The order display are 90% red(overtime) and theyāre just not pumping fast enough.
They have roughly 5-6 employees working, and there was about 4 groups of customers inside waiting. The least amount of wait time is probably in the 15mins.
As I was typing this, a group that was behind has already got their food and gone.
And when I approach the employee, he double checked with my order number where I just gave him when I walked it.
Thereās clear something is not working well with the app & the system.
I donāt want to put all the blame to the employees because theyāre working hard, but management needs to make improvements before I can come back here. Before that, Iāll stick...

But that alone cannot save a cold and limp burgers. And that's exactly what we have here. A lifeless burger made with minimum care. The burger was more soggy than juicy.
Atmosphere: 2/5 stars Run down, broken soda machine that smelled like the sewer, drabby overall feel. Many clients are transients and tough looking.
Service: 3/5 stars Nothing to complain. It was fast enough service but no one was in line before me.
Expense: 3/5 stars Almost $8 for a Whopper Cheese combo. Not a bad deal but considered the low satisfaction level it was not a good deal either.
Return: 2/5 stars I'd not say never but It has been years since I've been to a BK and it'll be a few more years before u consider coming back.
