Ordered ahead using the app. What a waste of time! Even though I could see the box on the back counter, neither employee acknowledged me at the pick-up window until I started complaining to my friend who was with me. Granted, there were only 2 people working, and the drive-thru was steady business, but the employee working the main counter was nowhere to be seen at first.
When she finally came near the pick-up window, it was to make a drink that another customer was waiting for. She left my friend at the counter without a word. When she finished making the drink, she went back to the counter and waited on my friend, again without acknowledging me.
My friend got her donuts. I was still waiting . FINALLY, the employee working the drive-thru took time out to tell me they were out of one of the kinds of donuts I ordered. WHY can you not notify the customer in advance of this when they place their order?
Ordered 2 replacements and then had to point out the location of the box. Finally got my donuts. I think the drive-thru employee was helpful but wow, the other one ignored me the entire time.
If you want people to use your app, don't make it more inconvenient than just walking in off the street! And make it so any problems with the order can be dealt with bus the app, and not when the customer arrives! And hire more people!!! It wasn't that busy but...

They have stickers all over the drive thru board saying “sorry we’re out.” I don’t ever leave reviews unless I feel I really need to and in this case I do. My drinks and donuts are usually good I go here every week. Until lately these girls attitudes keep getting worse. My friend and I ordered 2 cream donuts and a medium coffee and a medium caramel macchiato. Well she gives us our donuts and tells us to pull around. We pull around and hope it’s not like last time we had to wait 20 minutes for 1 drink ! Well it wasn’t long until she came out handed our drinks and we had to ask her for a straw we didn’t get one. This girl literally went “UGHHHH” so loud and rolled her eyes walking back in stomping just because we asked for a straw!???! I get it’s busy but that is no way to treat ppl that are coming to pay for your food. I will be reporting to management and I told her thst then she even said “well I’m sorry!!!” All ignorant after shut the door on us and locked it! I can’t believe it all over a straw. I am never in anyway rude to anyone, I should not be treated like a piece of sh** for asking for a straw! How else do you expect me to drink it?! Ya but I wouldn’t advise going here, I’m taking my business down to Starbucks or the other Dunkin’ ....
Read moreIf there was a 0 star option I would select that. I pulled into this location, in a rush, and there was one car moving toward the pickup window. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, told to hold, and had to wait another 3 before my order was taken.
The attitude of the manager, who was running the drive through speaker, was very rude, as if me ordering anything was a chore.
I pulled to the pickup window were I waited another 5 minutes, one drink came out, another two minutes, another drink, finally 5 minutes goes by and I am asked to please pull around to the front to wait on my breakfast sandwich. I said no, I would wait here, and asked to speak to the manager. Another couple minutes goes by and I finally got my burnt horrible sandwich (see pic). As if the painful wait and charred sandwich weren't enough both of my drinks were not the way I ordered and tasted horrible.
In total I spent over 25 minutes waiting for two coffees and a burnt breakfast sandwich.
I am normally a very docile understanding person, but I will never go within 100 feet of this DD again, and I plan on calling their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and go to the DD store on Pleasant Valley Blvd, or the new Starbucks by the mall.
