The young blonde girl behind the counter was very friendly, smiled the entire time & maintained eye contact with me which I feel is imperative in providing excellent customer service....so this particular employee has obviously been well trained by Management because she demonstrated very good customer service skills & seemed to really enjoy her job. She repeated my order back to me very clearly to make sure she had it exactly as I ordered. Unfortunately I do not remember her name but hopefully her manager has already recognized her as a valuable employee. I ordered 2 Chic-Fil-A sandwiches both with extra pickles on the side, 2 waffle fries & 2 drinks. The food was fresh & still warm when I got it home. The only complaint I had was that I only had one side of pickles instead of the two that I requested & there was only 2 small pickle slices which is much less than what I’m used to getting so I was a bit disappointed. At the time of placing my order, the person who attended me (Andres) showed a hasty and unprofessional attitude. He constantly interrupted me while trying to explain my order, kept walking without paying attention to me and asked me to move forward even when I had not finished ordering.
In addition, I repeated the order over and over again without clarity, with a rough tone that made me feel like I was uncomfortable for simply wanting to order my food correctly. It was a very uncomfortable interaction that makes it clear that, at least on this occasion, customer service was not a priority.
