This location has had problems for a long time. I am so disappointed in the way a large chain has completely ignored and disrespected their customers.
I made a purchase for dine-in through the app. When I arrived at the store and tried to walk in, the door was locked. The employees ignored me. There was no indication that the lobby was closed. The signs even said that the lobby and dine in was open. A customer in the drive-thru pointed me out to one of the employees. The employees simply pointed to his head set and went back to ignoring me. The customer drove around and told me the employee stated the lobby is closed. (If the lobby is closed, shouldn't there be a sign somewhere saying the lobby is closed? Should I still be able to order for dine-in? Why did all the signs actually say the lobby was open? Why did the employeesintentionallyignore me?)
I reluctantly got in the drive thru lane, which had only moved the one car the whole time I was there. I waited in line for over 10 minutes, and no movement. The app stated my order would be ready 15 minutes prior.... (so is my food just sitting in there cold? Have they even made it? Idk) I tried to call the store, but no one would answer. At that point I gave up and left. Even though I had already been charged. I got a notification 32 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, that my order was ready. (This is a fast food drive-thru, not a sit down restaurant... which still would have been faster.)
Filing a complaint with Taco Bell is hard. They just don't want to hear it. I requested a refund. They still have yet to respond and it's been over a week. Thankfully I paid by credit card and after some more time if there is still no response, I will be able to dispute with my credit card company.
They probably won't care, but I will no longer be going to this location. I don't really go enough to be some big customer, nor will I hurt their income. The location at 121 and Custer is far better with their quality and customer service, even if it is little bit more of a drive. I do know that I would never have this issue at Taco Bueno, which is just around the corner from...
Read moreNever again! I was given the wrong order, but did not realize it until I gave it to my kids at home. Drove back to Taco Bell but forgot to take the wrong order with me. Went inside and showed them my receipt and they said oh yeah, we gave you the wrong stuff. Sorry we have your order here. I requested them to remake the order, so I did not have to go home with cold, soggy food. This prompted a adamant conversation in Spanish between two of the guys and then one (the supposed assistant manager) belligerently came over and asked me where the other order is. I told him I had forgotten to grab it. They said they can’t give me anything until I bring the incorrect order back. They would not even give me the soggy order of food that I had paid for. Ultimately, I paid $20 for food they would not give me because I did not bring a couple of party tacos back. Supposedly they were on the phone with the manager who agreed with their assessment that I would get nothing unless I drove back home and brought the incorrect order back to them. This was obviously out of pure meanness and spite that they were trying to make it as hard as possible for me to get my order. They admitted they did not give me the order I paid for. They told me I would have to come back the next day to speak to the manager, and they were not allowed to give out that name. Store phone listed goes unanswered and then gives beeps like a fax line. Called general Taco Bell customer service number and after 50 minutes spoke with someone. Supposedly cannot give refund since I used the drive through- can only give coupons! I was told to call the store, lol. But that was not acceptable since supposedly the manager was in on this. Told me I would get a call that day or the next business day from the district manager. Of course (surprise), that did not happen. I do not believe the local health department allows them to sell food that has been handled by other customers, thus a remake of the order should have been...
Read moreI wish I could give zero stars for starters there is ALWAYS an issue at night time with this location, your corporate office tried to resolve issue that I had with this location by sending me coupons after I ordered I was told only one coupon per person so that made me Inferior especially since they jacked up my order just to be told I can’t use what was sent to me! I sat in drive thru for 30 minutes because I asked for the area managers phone number they did not provide it to me instead Alfredo the shift lead called Maria the “supervisor” my entire interaction with the shift lead and supervisor he got on the phone they were primarily speaking Spanish so that I couldn’t understand at one point the girl working drive through said that they were not going to allow me to use the coupons and that I could just call corporate office which I definitely plan to! This is my second bad encounter with this location I didn’t even write a review the first time I had a bad experience but this one was the icing on the cake! Also the “shift lead” Alfredo was on the call with his supervisor Maria still wearing his gloves and was scratching his head while talking to her got that on video by the way, this is too nice of a location to have workers that have no sense of customer service or business professionalism even though it’s fast food it’s still a business! Never going to this particular location again which is sad! They laughed in my face for not allowing me to use the coupons they thought the encounter was funny & I’m not okay with that I hope the General manager or area manager sees this I would like to show you how your employees act while...
