My overall experience here was absolutely HORRIBLE! I have been to a CNP in Kansas so I was super excited to try this one especially since it was near my house. Upon arriving I had to locate a server just to see what was available seating, once I was I explained to the server that we were ready to order since we looked at the menu before coming. He informed me that he needed a card on file and so I had to go back home to get a card because I assumed since they were cashless they had the tap feature like every restaurant has in 2025..so I was wrong there. Once I had my card we waited even longer for someone to come and I had to flag a server down, she took our order, food arrived, then I had to find someone else to order dessert. NO one ever came to refill our drinks or anything the entire time. Two of the 4 desserts were not available. I settled and got my kids the $3 ice cream. The server proceeds to bring out the three bowls of ice cream with his hands IN THE BOWL and the scooper still in his hand (SOOOOOO UNSANITARY)..he sits the bowls down and it looks like little scoops of butter. I flagged him back down and sir please take this because I am not paying $3 for these. No one ever checked on us and to continously have to flag down someone was even more frustrating. I tell the server to go bring me my check and I get a notification that he charged my card, so when he came back I stated "I didnt ask you to charge my card, I clearly stated to bring me my check"...the entire experience was horrible and we will not...
Read moreIt’s a beautiful location and I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing-however the dining experience left one to be desired. Our server, while very sweet, was simply not ready to serve guests just yet. After getting my order wrong, he stated my wings would be comped for the inconvenience and my correct order would be arriving shortly. Imagine my surprise when the bill comes (which we had to remind him to do and he wrote our last names down on a napkin to check us out) and I was charged for the wings! He then apologizes again stating that he was confused and he meant he wasn’t going to charge me for reordering the wings he got incorrect in the first place! I wish I could remember his name but he spoke so low and rarely came around it was hard to get. The wings were also entirely too salty I couldn’t even enjoy them once they did arrive and I left them on the plate.
Overall, the pickleball was amazing and I would definitely enjoy it again-just not at this location. The food, I was warned about and just decided to play a losing game with fate, should’ve listened and just stuck to water. Won’t be back to this location but I do hope they improve on their customer service.
(I will add that the outside service with the outdoor pickleball courts were awesome! The ones inside the restaurant side acted as if me and my group of black friends were invisible. Nothing overt, but the ignoring and lack of eye contact...
Read moreNow by no means am I expecting a five star meal from this establishment. I understand the mix use concept of restaurant and sport fields and it works on many levels. All I would like to state is for the love of god some of the food could be fresher. When I placed an order for chicken n' waffles, for it to come out in five minutes I was a little skeptical. Fun fact waffles when frozen and then reheated crystalize the sugars in the batter and will harden in spots. They do not taste good, they do not add flavor, they do not add depth. Take the time and make the waffles fresh. The chicken which should be the main show was okay at best. Covering speediness with a half cocked sauce works for somebody maybe a bit drunker then I but slow down and your product would show for itself. ONCE AGAIN nothing to do with the staff or that location in general this is for management and corporate to go, "Man probably shouldn't shortcut something as simple as a waffle.". Waffle House even still makes a...
