Crave — Restaurant in Allen

Walked in to the Hub place looked clean and went directly to Crave to order their new lunch options they are offering which is the 9 for 9. Server was nice and friendly and took my order very promptly. I decided to order the rollback burger as my option of burger, it comes with Frye and a drink. After a small wait my order was ready. I quickly noticed the size of the burger and the amount of fry’s. What a wonderful amount of food for a lunch. The burger was hot and fresh and the fry’s were made wonderfully. Only thing was the rollback sauce on the burger, a bit too salty for my likings but still had a nice kick to it. Atmosphere of this place is based on how the Hub is kept and it was a nice inviting atmosphere. The reason service lacks is that I believe they should have staff coming out and asking how the food is or at minimum greeting you when you are walking in. I placed an order through Favor, they did not have one of the items I had ordered and offered to substitute it for something similar, they did not inform me that it was an extra 10 bucks to my order. Nobody said a word about the additional cost I don’t appreciate that because my 20 something dollar order turned into a 40 something dollar order super irritable, the quality of the slider was not great. The fries I ordered had very little of the seasoning on them that I paid for, and for some reason they sent me another order of fries that I did not want nor order. I am just super frustrated that they add over $10 to your bill without letting you know if you’re going to substitute something, make sure people are aware of the additional cost for the substitution. This place is located in The HUB. It's one of many places to eat there. Signs outside day "Delicious Burgers" but this place only has small sliders sold individually. Anywho, we ordered a regular slider, corn dog and loaded fries. The slider had absolutely no seasoning, it tasted like nothing, shockingly didn't even finish it even though all you need is 3 good bites to finish it. I had high hopes for the corndog as I thought it would be in house made, but the first bite you automatically know it's a basic frozen corndog that's just been fried. The loaded fries were very good, the only thing i would suggest, but again how hard is it to not mess up loaded fries.
