I usually love this place. I sometimes come to study. But EVERY single time, there's a barista, i think his name is Dario? Not sure, i dont remember. Anyway, he has got to be the loudest person ever and he looks like he's in such a bad attitude all the time. We all know starbucks is a place where most people come to study, and usually at all the other starbuck spots, if there are any kids being excessively loud or anyone being disruptive, a barista comes and tells them to keep it down there are people studying. But, at this location, the barista himself is the loudest.. He cleans so loud too, loudly dragging chairs here and there instead of slightly picking it up and putting it to the other side, like people usually do? banging stuff here and there. He's just noticebly excessively loud to the point where there were people other than me staring cause they were studying too. And then there's another barista, she's a girl, she was singing so loudly while people were studying.. Please mentor them to notice the environment and learn a thing called respect. Starbucks is like the main spot to study these days and acting like this, is just them being rude to their customers. I got up and left because of them. Went to the other location. Never coming here to study ever again. Also, this isn't just me. One of my friend's who lives nearby, she told me the same thing that this specific location has the loudest baristas who have absolutely no regard for the people...
Read moreAs a Delta employee, I’m excited for our partnership with Starbucks as an easy way to earn miles despite my benefits to fly. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today at this particular location. I’m a very frequent customer who typically orders a custom grande or tall iced coffee, with a short side of milk for pouring. Today I asked for my usual, the first team member was confused about my request, then a manager by the name of Devin intervened and told me I could not have a short side of milk because he put 4 oz in my coffee (which custom drinks have their own additional fees). I explained I never heard of this policy, and he still refused a short side of milk and stated he would have to charge me. I called my usual location on Alma and exchange and spoke with management. She explained, as I know, how the short side is entered in your system, at NO COST. Such a poor experience at this location from a manager who lacks resolution skills. As a corporate solutions supervisor, I think I know how service should be handled. Maybe the turn over rate is so high here, new employees hardly know policy. Maybe it’s racism. Who knows. The breakfast sandwich was also...
Read moreI come to this location a lot, pretty much once week. Today I ordered Venti green tea frappccino with one pump of classic syrup as always. The label on my drink was correct but they made my drink wrong, probably they did not pay attention to the request. I brought the drink back explained to the lady, the lady repeated they do not put classic syrup at all when they make green tea frappuccino and the only thing she could do was only add one scoop of matcha powder to my drink. The whole thing was ridiculous, I ordered same drink more than 100 times before, never heard anyone said that. In the end her supervisor or someone made my drink correctly and refunded my drink without I asked for it. It was not a good experience at all, Sunday 2:30 pm, waited in drive through for 30 minutes with only few cars, got my drink wrong, too much back forth back forth tell me no way to make green tea frappuccino with 1 pump of classic syrup. I don’t care you made my drink wrong because it happens but please make the correction process easier. Employee definitely need better training, you could easily check your Starbucks app to see if green tea frapp has classic...
