Date 8/10/25, Sunday: To any CUSTOMERS who shops or visits this establishment please be AWARE of a long blonde wavy haired manager who is absolutely awful at her customer service skills and a horrible leader to her employee's. Her arrogance towards helping customers when the store had a long line of people waiting to be helped as she disappeared out of sight while the awesome gentleman employee who was cashiering at the Amazon return line was the most helpful, patient and apologetic towards customers. Even when a "boomer" privileged loud spoken customer cut in front of the line and voiced her opinion about the long line, this employee kept his cool and managed the incident very well. I applaud this employee for his customer service skills. Thumbs down to the disrespectful manager who berated a customer for trying to explain his purchase situation. The customer accepted her ignorance and left the store. I would give her NO stars if it was possible and FIVE stars to the gentleman employee who kept everything in the front going as quickly as possible. STAPLES you definitely need to take a closer look at the character managing your store. She carries the title but she doesn't carry the honor of being a respectable leader.

Read moreI would like to share my experience with having the Tech Group at this location work on the problem of recovering my data from my computer crash. I spoke with the manager at this location Jacob and explained that my computer had passed all hardware tests but it could not find the hard disk suggesting that the Windows 10 Pro operating system had become corrupted. The Store Manager Jacob outlined a logical plan for attempting to recover the data from the computer. As a computer scientist, I understand that despite best intentions and having the appropriate data recovery tools, data recovery is never guaranteed but I did have valuable data on my computer and decided to move forward with the plan suggested by Jacob. Justin, who works in the tech center, proceeded with the data recovery under the supervision of Jacob. I'm pleased to report that (in this case) they were successful and they recovered my data. Although it is important to emphasize that data recovery in such situations is never guaranteed regardless who attempts this process, I was impressed with the logic, care, and concern of the Allen Staples group in attempting to recover my data and was very pleased that they were successful! I plan to avoid losing my data in the future by having good backups but if this situation arises in the future I will definitely consider this particular group as a possibility. Read moreI went in looking for a Lamination machine and asked 3 different employees if they priced matched since they were selling one for $199.99 and walmart.com had the same one for $74.80. All the employees said yes including the cashier and everything was fine up to that point I even decided to be nice and signed up for their rewards program since the cashier insisted. After he scans my item and starts the check out process he calls "Jake" some dude in a green shirt with a a fly on his collar. "Jake" looks at me up and down and then looks a my phone screen and says "it's a clearance item I'm not going to price match" even though it didn't say "Clearance" any where in the Walmart site. He just turned around and walked away without apologizing with a real arrogant attitude.
