Read moreI love Wendy's. However, this particular Wendy's was just not great. I mean the outside was nice, it's the workers that were just a little off putting. When I ordered thru the drive thru, after every single thing that I had ordered, there was a "ughhh, anything else." Example: "I would like a triple bourbon bacon cheeseburger. "Ughhh...anything else." This continued with everything I ordered. It's not like I took a long pause in between ordering, or anything like that. It was very annoying and rude. I'm not sure if the employees didn't want to be there, my order was too large. It was only $60 worth of food. Then when I get up to the window, there was three drinks ordered. They were already in a drink carrier. The lady at the window took them out and handed them to me individually. As I'm looking for places to put said drinks, not once did she ask if I needed a drink carrier. When I asked for one, she just closed the window, the next time I seen her she was handing me my food. I let the drink carrier thing go. I asked if there was sour cream and butter in the bag. She said, everything is in there that you need, and slammed the window shut. Figuring maybe they were all having a bad day so I don't make a fuss, plus God forbid you complain about anything these days about being wrong you are labeled as a "Karen." So I get home, there was one sour cream, one butter, one spoon, mass amounts of crackers and hot sauce. I got three baked potatoes, and three chili's. I mean, cool I could've re-used the spoons no big deal, but they only put one in there. The sour cream, hells bells. I ended up going back out, and going to the grocery store to pick up some sour cream. Just wasn't a very...
Read moreI went here a couple nights ago and ordered a spicy nugget combo for myself and a Daves single for my partner. We get out food and we pull up to park and eat. Look in the bag and see they forgot my nuggets. I go back in the line and tell them they forgot my nuggets and they tell me to pull forward. Im at the window and they hand me my nuggets in a small bag and close the window. I check and notice theres no sauce either so i wait till the lady working the window comes back and i tell her theres no sauce. She said she added sweet and sour in the bag, to which i open it and show her theres just nuggets. She grabs me a single sweet and sour for my nuggets and i park again. Once i start eating i notice half the nuggets still have what i assume was undercooked breading? It was like a white paste covered on a bunch of them. At this point im just like what the hell? I walk inside and show the guy working the counter my nuggets and asked why they look like this. To which he replies “i cant tell you why sir”. They make me another 10 piece and as im waiting i here a couple guys laughing and talking about how “thats jailbait” and then proceeds with “yeah but its worth it” overall disgusting management, terrible service and im pretty sure whoever made my nuggets was a...
