cannot believe the absolute disaster that was my recent visit to McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that chaos reigned supreme. The line was absurdly long, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency among the staff. I waited for what felt like an eternity just to place my order, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee barely acknowledged me. Is it too much to ask for a little courtesy and efficiency?
When I finally received my food, I was appalled. My burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and the drink was flat. It’s as if they went out of their way to serve me the worst possible meal. I understand that fast food isn’t gourmet dining, but there’s a basic standard of quality that should be met. This was an insult to my taste buds and my wallet.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal. Tables were littered with trash, the floor was sticky, and the restroom was a nightmare. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re surrounded by filth. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms, and that’s saying something. Where is the pride in maintaining a welcoming environment?
The cherry on top of this miserable experience was the attitude of the staff. When I politely brought up the issues with my order, I was met with indifference and even a hint of hostility. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a shrug and a dismissive comment. Customer service? More like customer disservice.
I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years, but this experience has made me question why I even bother. There are plenty of other fast-food chains that manage to get it right, so why can’t McDonald’s? It’s not like they’re new to the game. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. McDonald’s, you need to step up your game. Invest in better training for your staff, improve the quality of your food, and clean up your act—literally. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. You’ve...
Read moreNever again! I rarely ever go to a McDonalds, due to the low quality of food. Usually if I do, I hit a drive through for a ice cream cone or just a large coffee.... Well, I am babysitting and was asked to stop and get the kids breakfast sandwiches. So, I stop, order a meal, so I can have a coffee, and 3 extra sandwiches.... I spent over $15. I get to the window and the guy tries to hand me what looks like a kids cup of coffee, this thing has got to be a 8oz cup! I'm like what the!? And I ask him, "What's that!? That's what comes with a meal now!?" "Yeah. A meal comes with a small." "Well, if I had known that I would have ordered a large, WTH?" He did NOT offer to get me a large, NO they did NOT ask me if I wanted to up size.... I frequently go to Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's, every fast food except McDonald's! And now I remember why.... I always hated their coffee flavor, but would stop because I travel all over the country and it's quick and faster than a gas station. I'll never stop at ANY McDonalds again. This was uncalled for. I would have gladly handed him a couple dollar bills if he would have filled me a black coffee, LARGE size... The fact that they were NOT busy, he looked at me like I was crazy, and didn't even pretend to attempt to solve the issue..... To heck with THIS McDonalds, and definitely never going to one again. Not even for a bathroom. There are plenty of other fast food chains to hit than...
Read moreThis is one of the best McDonald's I've went to. The staff were very accommodating, because I wanted freshly baked cookies since if they are not baked right then and there, and they cool off completely, they are hard as a rock. And that's just how it is at McDonald's. That's how it is for their cookies. They are so good, but once they have completely cooled off they are hard. The crispy chicken sandwich was way better than I am used to. I was in town going to a doctor appointment so I am usually getting food from grayling. The feeling I got from the quality of the food, was that same feeling you get when you get out of a relationship, and you get into another one and you only then realize that the relationship you had before, was a bad one. Amazing how things can be so different and a franchise food place, when everything should be exactly the same from store to store. It probably is not an employee's fault for the grayling store. The temperature could be a little bit off from a...
