Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Alpharetta

Three recent orders from this location were not pleasing to the taste buds. Each time, the lemon-pepper wings arrived with little to no seasoning—closer to plain wings. I’ve also been shorted on fries. Most recently, the “meal” portion of fries was scant, and when I purchased an additional box of fries, the container was only half full.

The app also doesn’t list Aha mineral water as a result, I had to choose another drink to complete checkout. When I requested Aha at pickup, the associate appeared upset—even though the app prevented the correct selection.

I’m spending a lot of time at the nearby hospital, so this location is the most convenient. I’d appreciate the following:

*Consistent lemon-pepper seasoning on the wings

*Full portions of fries

*Correction to the app so Aha water can be selected

I want to keep supporting this location, but I need confidence that quality and portions will...

The food was good. The price seemed to be good. I was the only customer eating inside and the noise level was totally unbearable; the music level was blasting, the employees were screaming across the store in Spanish at each other, it made me feel as though I was in a War Zone from south of the border. I believe it made me very nervous. The next time I go in there, if there is a next time, I will use my phone to record the screaming and noise level to play back to their District or Regional Managers. Oh yeah, there also was a little Spanish girl approximately 8 or 9 years old at a small booth "babysitting" herself. No adults with her, so I assumed it was one of the workers child. I ordered 5 salads and 2 of them were completely wrong ,my wife drove had to drive 5 miles each way, spoke to the manager a rude Hispanic woman at the drive-through that took the order came up and said she had our order right and we have no idea of what we are talking about, she repeated the order back with a tone and not friendly. she was more focused on providing rude customer service and more on charging .25 per sauce. This is the second time we have had problems with the same person and I have no idea of how this company is allowing this kind of rude and nasty behavior.
