I am 63 years old . I frequently dine at McDonalds in many areas . This place is the WORST I’ve ever encountered , bar none ! The main problem my family and I countered yesterday about 6pm was the young blond colored hair woman who said SHE was the Manager when we asked to speak with the Manager about our concern. The problem I initially had was that our two pineapple smoothies were literally a slight bit less than half filled each . We were in the drive thru lane . So I showed her that they were only half filled by pouring one into the other , which then left one of the cups almost empty . I politely asked for the other cup to be filled . She said NO. I already handed it to you . I said to her that I just wanted to get what I paid for…two smoothies , not one . Then she responded in a rude tone , by saying “ You didn’t pay yet ! “ . We were about to hand her my credit card to pay and then my wife asked to speak to the Manager . Then she immediately barked back at us …” I AM the Manager ! “ And she said “ you’re NOT getting your cup filled and that’s the way it is ! “ We were just shocked in her lack of customer service and her unprofessional attitude . This particular location has the luxury of a constant supply of customers because the location is directly across the street from Adventureland ( a busy amusement park ) . So as a matter of principle , I handed her back everything that we had ordered and that we had waited 20 Minutes in line for , and said, “ here you are , we don’t need your food that bad ! “ and although we had a car full of hungry kids , we decided to go elsewhere . And the entire car full of hungry kids all Agreed with my decision to leave and not take the abuse by a rude employee . And then I drove away . I hope that McDonalds Corporate is concerned enough and has a way of correcting these types of situations by terminating very bad management staff like this rude young lady ! It’s employees like this young arrogant brat that is destroying the reputation and integrity of the MCDonalds name . Read moreWalked in, waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and mcchicken bundle each and had a group of highschoolers get their food first even when they came in and ordered after me. When asked, the manager was just like "we were waiting for a mcchicken" even though I saw 3 go out and when I was observing her she grabbed a small bag with what I assume was my mcchicken and mcdouble that was sitting next to the prep cook for the entire wait cause i was observing the whole food making process, and gave it to me. But not only that, when she gave me the food she didn't have the 2 small fries for my order. I asked for a coupon due to the wait as most managers have always been prompt to do so without me even asking for one yet even then she just said "we were waiting for a mcchicken" even though she was fine with sending me off with an incomplete order. Truly embarrassing and possibly the worst mcdonalds experience I've had here in the past 3 weeks since I've been coming everyday after work on my way home since I travel for union electrical work. Go through the drive through I have my food instantly. Go in to take a leak and I have to wait for others even when I order first, I get served last and my order still gets messed up only to be corrected after me, the customer, has to correct the manager. Truly a laughable ditz. How long does it take to make a mcchicken that's already made. I won't be coming back to this franchise as it seems they don't care about customers who only want 2 simple bundles...
Read morePlaced an online order. When I went to pick it up the GM Rocio, was very rude answering the drive thru stating she can only make breakfast burritos. I advised I already placed an order and it was worth more than a burrito. She very rudely told me to pull to the window and I asked which one. When I got there she said she could provide me a refund. And she needed my card. I said I’m not sure if I have my card because I used Apple Pay. As I was searching my car for my card she slammed the window shut and locked it. I found my card. Called the store, went through both drive thru lanes with no answer. Got to the window and someone else was there. He struggled opening the window and asked how could he help. I said I have my card for the refund. He said just a moment while I grab my manager. I could hear her asking who is it. When she finally got to the window she still refused my refund.and told me to go to the other store. I told her that is stealing. And if she doesn’t want to provide my refund I will call the police. She was very angry and grabbed my card.
I finally got my refund. But I shouldn’t have had to say I was going to call the police.
I found out the GM name is Rocio and called corporate.
