I’ve been thinking all day if I should write this review or not. I go to Taco Johns quite often as I work very close to there. I usually have a really good experience and have never had a single issue. I normally go later around 6pm. Today I decided to go for breakfast. The woman who took my order was in a bad mood as soon as she started taking my order. She yelled at me because she said I needed to speak up. I did, but that just seemed to piss her off even more. She then cut me off when I wasn’t finished ordering by yelling my total. I tried to explain I wanted more but she just repeated my total again sounding more angry than before. I decided to just pull up and ask her to repeat what she had gotten, she responded to that by slamming the window in my face. She then opened it about 30 seconds later and repeated my order while rolling her eyes. I asked her to add something else on and she was not happy. I decided not to even bring up that I had an entire separate order that I still needed since she got mad the first time I mentioned it. I paid for what she had gotten and I yelled have a great day, I’ll admit I probably shouldn’t have yelled it, but I was absolutely fuming at this point. She then leaned her head out the window yelling at me. She said how she wanted my license plate number. I just drove around to the front and decided to go inside. I went in there and she was pissed. I asked to speak to a manager and she yelled how she was one. The GM stepped in and talked to me about it. At first he was disrespectful, but then proceeded to become nicer and wanted to know if I wanted to finish my order or not. I said no and thanked him for “fixing” it. I’m still upset. She just walked away. Nobody ever apologized and nobody seemed to be genuinely upset at how disrespectful their worker was. I work in a fast food restaurant and have NEVER screamed at a costumer. Just a couple of days ago I told someone that they could just have more than what they paid for and I told him not to worry about the difference in price. He threw his change at me (a ton of coins) and started shouting the F word at me. I just walked away. But I know if I wouldn’t screamed at him the way she screamed at me, I would’ve been fired. Someone I know is friends with the worker and asked me not to get her in trouble. So I’m not going to put her name on here. I just hope she learns from it. I am genuinely sorry if I upset her for some reason, but I just hope she doesn’t treat any other customer or even one of her workers...
Read moreCalled the store to discuss the constant missing of add-ons or extras like sour cream or hot sauce or any other items you should add to their products and some products are extra charges. They have been constantly not adding sour cream even though it is paid for. And other items as well but they don't charge for them. But it will be on the receipt. Well, today was the last straw. Carlos was nice the girl handing out the food was nice. We were even told to pull ahead and wait while three other vehicles left with their orders. We waited only to find out they didn't put sour cream on. So made the phone call to a lady pretending to be the store manager she then handed the phone to another lady named Monique as she was handing the phone to her she said "this guy says we forgot items in his order and it happens all the time it's unbelievable" Monique says "what's your problem" I said who is this she said the store manager. I told her the other lady said she was the store manager???? She then said what's wrong with a nasty attitude. I explained to her what I had told the other lady. She said so what do you want me to do about. I called the corporate office and left a message for someone to call. Compliment the customer service and food quality and they say nothing when you tell them they made a mistake they go...
Read moreI spent 10 min in the drive through and was still 4 away from ordering and never moved an inch the entire time. So then I went inside. there were only 3 people in front of me. I waited 20 minutes before I ordered. After I ordered a small drink and a 6 pack and a pound I waited another 20 minutes before getting my food. Also people that were behind me in line got their food before I did. I then asked for the manager or owners number and they refused to give it to me they just told me to call in the morning. The cashier was named Callie and never told anyone she would be right with them or anything. For the majority of the time we was just opening bags and not taking orders or doing anything to help. There were 5+ Employees when I first came in then when I left there was only 3. Other guests complained about the trash overflowing there were no straws. It was insane.
