Wendy's — Restaurant in Altoona

Late night grub with my girlfriend after work one night, they ended up forgetting my chili so i went to walk in to get it. As i walk in there were two women smoking cigarettes in the front lobby, this is after 10pm so the lobby is close but i guess they forgot to lock it... as there yelling at me for walking after they're closed i explained that they forgot my chili. i was so blown away that they were smoking in the front lobby WHILE serving food though the drive-thru. The one women told me it was legal since the lobby was closed.... ya right..... i've been in working in fast food for 5 years. Anyways i've never been more disgusted in my live, after i walked out and told my girlfriend what happen we threw the food away, we lost our appetites. If you want wendys go to 7th street, way better service and food.I drive out of my way now to avoid the plank...

I ran out of gas in the drive thru, sitting at the ordering screen. Manager Chrissy and her team ran out to try and push me out of the way but bc my car has an interlocking system it couldnt be put in neutral without the car running. I had no choice but to wait for gas to get there. Talk about embarrassing & humiliating. Chrissy and her team went above and beyond to make sure A) that nobody else pulled in behind me B) that they were checking on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and C) made sure that I still got my food! Better service than I've had in some sit down restaurants! Thank you for helping make me feel like I wasn't a total failure in the moment and still walking my food out to me! MOUSE DROPPINGS. Visited 11/15/19 and had a mouse dropping on my double stack. It was right on top of the bun, not embedded. So there must've been one running around that it dropped down on my burger. Was disgusted and threw it out. Kept bothering me, so I called in to let them know. Of course asked if I still had it, but I didn't. I don't want anything for it, just to let them and others be aware. The response i got was that Ecolab is there every other day and they haven't had any mice. Being a food retail manager, Ecolab only visits my location once a month for service. If they're visiting this location every other day, then they have an infestation...
