Rotor City Indian Fusion Kitchen — Restaurant in Amarillo

I dropped in during my lunch hour. It wasn't obvious initially that this was Indian/Mexican fusion. The team behind the counter were courteous, engaging, provided samples, and clearly have a passion for food and service.

That same passion shows up in the food. This assembly line style service was clean and efficient. There is no confusion here either. The chefs and staff proudly let their identity speak through food.
