Buckle — Local services in Amarillo

Very disappointed with this company. Never shopped there before and never will again. Bought a pair of shoes at store 103 in Amarillo, TX. Before I got home that evening, found out these were not the shoes I needed so I went back the next day to get a refund. The shoes never left the buckle bag or my vehicle from the time I purchased till I returned. There was no receipt in the bag (don’t think they gave me one) but the tags were still on the shoes and I gave them my phone number and used a credit card when I checked out. When I tried to return them, they would not give me a refund because there was not a receipt and they claimed they could not find the purchase with my phone number. They also claimed that they could not look up the purchase with from my credit card even though every retail store I have ever shopped at has always been able to do this. I even showed them my credit card app on my phone that showed the purchase from the previous evening at the store. The store employee acted like I may be trying to exchange them from another store. I spoke with a supervisor at corporate who also stuck to this story but I believe they are just trying to keep from refunding money so that you have to keep your purchase with them. They have to have a record of every sale from that store and they can’t tell me they don’t.
