Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Amarillo

1/10/22 we ate at the Chick-fil-a in the mall and from customer service to food it was all great. It was round 4:15ish not busy but a few customers. Shelby took our order and was very personable, funny and accommodating. It was my son’s birthday and he gave him a cookie and wrote happy birthday. Another younger lady behind the counter let me know that since I ordered strips they take a little longer to cook. I order those regularly and expected the extra minutes but it was nice that she gave us the heads up. Another gentleman came and gave our son a chick fila hat since we were celebrating him. Friendly staff but someone needs to train them on making breakfast burritos. Today I ordered the breakfast burrito and the first half only had eggs, the 2nd had only had hash browns, and the middle had all the sausage. This is a common occurrence here. Even when they have the eggs distributed throughout, they still only put all the sausage on one half and all the hashbrowns on the other half. Not a hard concept to distribute the ingredients throughout an entire breakfast burrito but this location ALWAYS lacks the ability to do this so I started going elsewhere to get my morning breakfast burritos. Traveling with our Pathfinder club from Oshkosh, WI to Grand Terrace, CA, we experienced a blow out on our RV in Amarillo, TX. While we were waiting for tire repairs we went to the food court. I went to Chick-fil-A and order my sandwich. My server Tyler was very pleasant and up beat. When he asked how my day was I told him what happened. I was clearly disturbed by what happened (my wife was driving with several kids inside). Tyler tells me that he's buying my lunch. Then he asks if he can pray for me.
