Whoever the guy is that was working through window 12pm MST on 5/31/23 was very abrupt, curt, and bordering on rude. I was in line at the drive thru and my sitter called - so the guy running the window was waiting on me for about 1.5 minutes, but I was the only car at the drive thru window and figured he would hear me once I pulled up so it shouldn't be a huge issue. Well I was wrong, apparently he was upset, because he was very curt speaking to me. I immediately said "sorry about that wait" silence..."hello anyone there", finally he answers and takes my order very abruptly. When I got to the window he wouldn't even look me in the face to serve me. I asked if I could have some Arby's sauce and he handed me two packets for 3 sandwiches and slammed the window shut and stormed off while I was saying "excuse me may I have...", I had to wave down someone on the opposite side of the restaurant that was watching the entire thing take place with a look of complete shock on her face, and asked her for some additional Arby's sauce - she handed me 5! I get that I maybe should have not answered the call while pulling up to the screen to order - but if you're going to be in food service, you're going to need to have patience with people like me! Food was decent, no complaints. But if someone in management doesn't address this guy's attitude, he's inevitably going to poison every employee that...
Read moreAs one who loves Arby's, I was quite disappointed and appalled as a DoorDash driver to see what I saw this morning. One of the managers (Assuming she was one) was very belligerent and rude to this poor Hispanic lady that didn't know english. First she rudely directed the woman to go through the drive through, and then when the Hispanic lady came into the lobby, the woman took the order and chucked it (not literally, but in attitude) across the counter at her rather than saying something kind like "Have a good day ma'am" no, not at all. Instead she said with a rude voice (in front of waiting customers) "Don't give me an attitude lady!"
I was absolutely stunned / floored by this woman's behavior. I would NEVER treat anyone the way she treated this customer... Ever. I definitely recommend talking to her and giving a warning if not letting her go because that was absolutely NOT okay. I can understand having a bad day, but that's why I would step outside or into the back room to cool off, but never would I allow my emotions to treat someone so badly, especially when they cannot help something such as a language barrier. There is some real improvement that needs to be made with the management. Absolutely NOT professional...
Read moreWent through the drive through on a Sunday morning. We ordered $15 worth of food, and how it came was not acceptable. The second photo is how the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich came. My girlfriend got a French Dip & Swiss. The bun on her sandwich was stale and very hard, and the aus jus was barely dippable. I’m not the kind of person to complain. I know the restaurant business is a tough one, especially during these uncertain times, but we had to say something to hopefully prevent our experience from happening to other customers. It’s much easier to retain customers than it is to gain new ones, and if you’re having a hard time attracting customers because of a pandemic, I’d think you’d want to wow them so they keep coming back. We went back through the drive thru and asked to speak with the manager on duty. He was very kind to listen and remake the sandwiches. His name is Tristan and he handled the situation with perfection. The first photo is his remake and that’s how a sandwich should look. He took great pride and it is art. Thank...
