Whoa! What an experience, both at the restaurant and the morning after (that’s what she said)!
Walked in with a fresh $20 bill (which was left over after paying my tithing first) and threw it on the counter and said give me all the foods this shall bringth to me and mine families (this is Utah, so obviously I have multiple wives).
They brought mine families 6 burritos, 2 chicken quesadillas meals with fries and drinks, and churros for dessert. Boy was it fun watching the heathen children gorge on such simple food made in a fast food restaurant. It was like hyenas feasting on a helpless lamb.
Let the 17 or 18 of my children run a muck at the playground (lost count of how many seeds I’ve sown in my wives). Then I snuck away and took my lovely wives next door to Smoked Taco (which is a much finer eating establishment) and treated them all to dinner there.
After finishing our delectable meal at Smoked Taco, we arrived back to Del Taco roughly 2 hours later, to fetch our Tasmanian children. They were finally worn out from playing tag, and running from the Del Taco staff & security.
5 out of 5 recommendations from myself and four out of my five wives. Free child care included.
My fifth wife, Gretchen, didn’t attend this eventful afternoon because she was preoccupied watching our other children we’ve had together while giving birth to baby number four I believe, I think we named him Trevor or Douglas, something biblical.
Make sure to keep a handkerchief handy, you’ll need it when on the toilet the morning...
Read moreTonight we tried the Epic Carnitas Burrito and Carnitas Loaded Fries. I thought they were actually very good. Most of the Epic burritos I've tried were not too impressive, so I don't usually try them, but the Carnitas was pretty good and I'm glad I took a chance on it. When I usually go to del Taco, I get a couple of the del beef burritos and macho beef nachos. Every once in awhile I crave that particular flavour of taco meat, and del Taco delivers on that end. Though I recommend getting a side of the taco meat to add extra on the nachos. And I do like their value tacos, though they aren't such a value as they used to be. I gave del Taco five stars for the food I've mentioned. I wouldn't recommend their platos, too little food for too much money, and I don't like their refried beans. Also I would give 1 star for their del hamburgers, because you'd get twice as much hamburger with a McDouble for half the price at McD's. A bit of advice for management, bring back the good old (yellow) Nacho cheddar cheese sauce for your nachos and stuff, that watered down white cheese sauce is just pathetic, it's just okay-ish enough that I'll still buy the macho nachos to get my taco meat fix, but the real nacho experience is just not the same. Atleast make it a choice. One more bit of advice for the customer... there's an item no longer on the menu that I used to get a lot, but you can still get if you ask them nicely, the macho beef...
Read moreIts about like everywhere else anymore. You can't really expect them to get everything 100% correct. I went through the drive through and had to then go inside and add more into my order because they didnt get everything I asked for on the order. But then you would think they would get it right after a 2nd chance, but no they couldn't. That's about how all these fast food places are anymore. Prices are going up but quality is going down. These companies dont even thriving to give great service anymore. Lines are long all the time and either food is cold by the time you get it or stuff your ordered and paid for is missing. You have to check your bag before leaving and more then 50% of the time you have to go through the drive thrue 2 times or walk inside after you waited in the drive thrue for 30+ minutes. So honestly can they even technically call themselves fast food anymore. They cheap their windows clock by waking you forward and have you park somewhere that is not timed. Now they can get you to wait as long as they want. They have your moneas irs not like you can decide they are taking to long and go somewhere else or else you...
