FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in American Fork

This specific location in American Fork. I have never been treated so rudely by staff at any store ever. I get the same drink every day. (different location) we used to come to this location often and it was fine but I’ve come twice to this location recently and both times I’ve received the wrong drink. The second time I decided to ask for it to be corrected, but even the second time it was made incorrectly. I decided to walk inside and just clarify that it was berry GOOD not bad and immediately was met with rolled eyes and crazy sass from the girl who as she saw me walk in say oh here we go… I’ll do this because I made it. I’m not one to be rude about an order I just wanted to get what I ordered. But oh boy was that not ok! The girl had an insane amount of attitude. She said “I know I made it right but if you want to sit here and watch me make it again now for the 3rd time you can” and I just said hey I just know that it’s still the wrong purée not trying to be rude but I get this drink every day. She said well you can watch me make it again but I know it’s right. So do you want me to make it again or not. Which I didn’t want to have any more confrontation so I said ok whatever and I walked out. Did I still have the wrong drink yes absolutely tasted wrong and wasn’t the same color. Like I said I get it every day. Absolutely unacceptable attitude, especially while serving someone. Should not treat someone this way no matter what. Avoid...

my boyfriend and i came to get some drinks sunday at 11:20am, usually we go to swig but they’re closed sundays so we figured we could come here since they’re open sundays. we pulled up and were immediately met with attitude from the girl taking our order. we asked for a second to look at the menu since we haven’t ever really been here, we took less than a minute and we ordered my soda just fine. then my boyfriend asked if they could blend an energy drink for us and she said yes, so he asked for the northern lights blended and she said she said they could only do that one in a 16oz since it’s red bull and not blended. then said we could do the chipper chandler drink, which he didn’t want those flavors so we asked if he could get the flavors for the northern lights with a monster and she said no they don’t do that. as someone who worked at a soda shop for 3 years i know it’s not any different to switch out the type of base for a drink than what is displayed on the menu. after she said they don’t do that and said that my boyfriend “wasn’t understanding” we said we’ll just go somewhere else and she said “sounds great bye” if you’re like us and wanting a drink on a sunday go to splash in lehi. the environment was significantly better there than...

During my visit, we went inside to order drinks. While we were waiting for our drinks, the girl working just stood there and chatted with three girls at the bar area. We waited probably 10 minutes for our drinks and they only brought out two (of the four we ordered). We waited a while longer for our other drinks, and when I finally asked if they were ready, she responded with, “oh, you ordered more than two?” She was clearly too involved in chatting with her friends then doing her job. At one point, the three teenage girls at the bar suddenly climbed over the table and into the kitchen area and began making drinks. They did not wash their hands, and I have no clue if they even worked there (you need a food handlers permit to work with food, and if you don’t have one, this is a health code violation). The girls also began grabbing food from the kitchen area and eating on top of the counter and in front of the customers. At one point I saw one of them squirt some flavoring into a cup and take a “shot”. It was extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. The manager needs to train their employees better. I will not be coming back to this location, and will be warning others...
