This is supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch grinder with everything on it but when I opened the sandwich it was missing lettuce and was noticeably squished and ripped. I was going to eat it anyway but upon taking a bite ranch spilled out everywhere there was more ranch in there than ever necessary and I never even asked for extra sauce so that amount of ranch is pretty concerning if that’s supposed to be the standard. Since this location changed owners there’s been a dramatic decline in quality of food and preparation. This place used to be incredible but since changing owners the food quality has undeniably decreased. Not only have prices gone up but the way they make their food is no where near the level the old staff put into it. Not only was the food always made right with old owners but staff also used their heads to understand how to plate and wrap to go orders unlike how they do things now. Almost always disappointed when I order here now and always have to bring back my food due to something missing or made incorrectly. I never had this issue before, at this point I don’t think it’s worth going here anymore. It’s sad to see such good food places diminish like this.

My boyfriend recommended this place for dinner one night because he’s been many times and loves it and I see why !! I have ordered this same grilled chicken caesar salad three times in the past two weeks because it’s TRULY the best salad I’ve ever had. I’m not completely sure but I’m gonna guess the dressing is house made because it’s phenomenal !! The fresh lemon is a great touch ! I like salad but I usually never LOVE salad. I’m absolutely obsessed !!! I would eat it every single day if I could. We also always get a pizza and I’ve had the pasta before too, all of which are fantastic as well ! Great quality food, super quick service and the employees are extremely kind :) This is my new favorite takeout spot ever !! (Sorry for the not so great quality image, I was WAY too excited to eat the salad to take a better pic lol)

I lived in New York prior to moving to western mass and have been pizza deprived since until I discovered Primo. They have big slices with amazing toppings and don't rip you off. My favorite slice is #13 the 'salad slice' with added pesto. Also, love the veggie burrito that comes with homemade salsa. Super friendly staff too. People are always laughing and having a good time. It's clear they love what they do because the food shows. Happy people and good food go hand in hand.

I absolutely love the pizza here & everything about this place! I'd strongly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a quick bite of something top quality & friendly service too in a relaxed atmosphere. Large menu choices & pizza by the slice is giant. I had the BBQ, chicken bacon ranch slice & it was delicious. Others with me had plain cheese & buffalo chicken. They have a large sitting area with tables & booths, or you can take it to go. Kids loved it & we did too! So glad we gave them a chance for lunch while at an appointment in Amherst. Prices are reasonable as well. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for a great dining out experience. Another thing I would like to add is that my youngest daughter who is 6 & has Autism + developmental delay was with us that day & she was on the louder side & kept getting up from the table, but nobody seemed to mind or make us feel uncomfortable or as if we were disturbing them. That's awesome because it's hard sometimes to take her out in public (we try to keep her calm) because of how some people negatively react to her behavior, but I'm glad this was a laid back environment, very comfortable & not at all uptight. Pay them a visit, you won't be...

Recently transferred to UMASS and am currently living at Kendrick Place(right across from Primo), I frequently go to Primo Too Pizza not just for convenience but because they are much better than overrated Antonios. The price is very convenient and their portions , no matter a burger, fries, wrap or slice of pizza, are more than generous, I always underestimate how much I can eat there but nevertheless, order more all the same. The family that runs this restaurant are beyond hard working, honest and very accommodating (should you have any questions or preferences when ordering), they are also extraordinarily warm and welcoming, especially the owner, should I have a rough day, he will literally stop what he is doing and ask me how I'm doing and have a full, authentic conversation which has meant more than I can express at times. If I did not believe in everything I was saying I would not have wrote such a review, its such a shame I live in eastern ma or else I'd come here year round. Should anyone be interested in high quality ingredient, local pizza, please check this out.

I look forward to my next visit @ Primo...
