Happy Wok Teriyaki — Restaurant in Anacortes

Best Teriyaki in Anacortes area bar NONE. POSSIBLY THE BEST IN THE COUNTY (Probably is I just havent eaten at EVERY single Teriyaki restaurant so I can't say definitively although it would be hard to beat these folks in my opinion)- I have eaten here about ten times in the last month. This family owned business is chock full of kindness, politeness, AMAZING FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, and good prices. They are open late and are only closed on Sundays. As the guy at the counter says, "Guess you could go get Mexican food." (Which I did and it was ok). I was able to meet the patriarch of the family and he was very kind and funny. You are going to be hard pressed to go somewhere and get a tastier meal made by nicer people, I don't care how much you are willing to spend... THIS IS THE SPOT! Repost from my Yelp account: We have been to this place several times, and the food (be it Chinese, teriyaki, or sushi) is consistently good. The prices are on the high side of fair but we have never had a bad experience and the kids love it for its proximity to Toppins for desert. If you need sushi in Anacortes, this is a good bet.

I'm not sure what is going on with this place, but the guy at the front counter is just not welcoming or knowledgeable at all, and the menu has absolutely no descriptions or pictures. I was asking him what each item was or came with and he seemed like he had absolutely no clue what each came with. I ordered from here once before, and online it looked like I was getting honey garlic grilled chicken and vegetables and I got crispy chicken with rice and no veggies at all.
