Anacortes Corner Caffè — Restaurant in Anacortes

Amazing place to stop and visit! Owner is super friendly and has the most beautiful soul. You can see that he enjoys what he is doing and has passion for it. He made our first visit very memorable to where my 7yr old wouldn’t stop talking about how nice he was and how great the experience was too.

1. he allowed us to try a little bit of the delights and baklava because we have never seen it before.
2. there was absolute no pressure on buying anything or rushing either. Which is supper important for me, bc I’m highly indecisive.
3. everything tasted great! I tried the cardamom Turkish coffee that he recommended. I’m not for dark bold coffees but it was pretty darn good. My son had the apple tea and drank it every last drop
4. Owner was very engaging with everyone and i truly appreciate the attention he gave to my son. Most places ignore children. He even had us all in the cafe playing Turkish yo-yo!

Wonderful locally owned Turkish coffee stand in Anacortes. The owner was very affable and was a great person to learn about Turkish food, coffee, and customs from. It was fun seeing him play with the Turkish spinning tops/yo-yo and see him interact with other customers. I bought some imported baklava and rose tea which I'm looking forward to trying. I also tried some of his amazing Zaza latte which was his proprietary blend of pistachio bark brewed with milk. I am a huge fan of it now and will have to buy some to have at home! I was driving down Anacortes main street and the Zaza Turkush Coffee truck caught my eye. It was a beautiful morning and I really enjoyed their cardamom Turkish coffee, gyro plate and of course Leo and his sister are delightful. The new location is also set up for drive through, you can even order ahead. I also stopped by the location down by the harbor and even though I was full, I couldn't pass up the ice cream with coffee on top. Sorry I can't remember the name, but delicious comes to mind. They also have some very cool sweatshirts and handmade mermaids to help support family...
