Starbucks — Restaurant in Anacortes

I love Starbucks coffee. I get it when I can, but every time I go here when Sherri is working it is a terrible experience. She is very rude and very demanding. I always get a simple order and add espresso shots. The last time I was in I was just getting cake pops for my kids as I did shopping and she was even rude to all 3 of my children calling them spoiled and telling them very rudely they need to pick out and tell her what ones they wants and was even more mean because they asked for them to each be in separate baggies so they can each have they’re own. Time before I was getting a caramel ribbon crunch with my family who were also getting the same. She was very condescending and very rude again to each one of us like she didn’t have the time or effort it took to do her job she is paid to do. We weren’t asking for anything spectacular just the caramel ribbon frappe that was on special. Every time I see this lady (Sherri) I never have a good experience always treated terrible. She has no customer service and now I go to whidbey coffee cause I do not enjoy interactions from her and neither has anyone I have taken there..but the worst was when she treated and talked to my kids the way she did..totally...

Normally i have a good experience at this specific starbucks. But today when i went in with 2 of my friends we got 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. My friends drinks where fine but with mine a hot coco(small) it tasted like just hot water with whipped cream.this is not an exaggeration! Have you ever experienced a barista who rolled their eyes when you ordered a flat white like ordering an item off their menu is a wild request?
