Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Anaheim

I use to work for this franchise in la habra and in Anaheim hills and sadly I’m dissapointed my order #2201 Cindy who seems to be the manager according to other reviews is the who answered seemed nice but I ordered a medium pizza 32 piece parm bites and 8 piece wing about 30 min ago. I had asked for the pizza to be a lwell done along with the wings. I got the Got the food the pizza is kinda soft like she rushed it out of the oven. The wings look as if were like thrown half way in the oven through the opened the side vent u normally open to pop the bubbles on the pizza even though I asked for extra time in the oven. And I received 2 8 piece parm twist when I ordered a 32 piece park bite. The only thing that I can’t hate on is the smile and customer service of the delivery driver RAMZI great guy. For future I would not recommend ordering anytime Cindy is running the place. Over all my whole order was a disappointment not worth the 36 dollars I spent. Worst Domino's I've ever been to!!! customer service was horrible! I went to pick up my order and I just had a $100 bill.. the cashier got the bill he looked at it and said "I don't have change for this sorry" and handed the bill back to me... It would have been nice to know that they don't accept $100 bills! Could have saved some gas! ...so I asked him to please keep my pizzas warm while I went somewhere else to get change. I come back and I find my pizzas right where I left them .. I opened the box to check if they were warm and of course they were not. The cheese was already hard and they did not look appetizing at all. So I asked if I could just order some new ones..they said I had to speak to the manager. They had me waiting there standing for a long time just so I can ask the manager if it was ok to order new pizzas.. and of course she said no .. that in order to get new pizzas I had to pay for those old ones. And she also refused to give me her full name. (Her first name is Maria..she said her name was Maria the manager ) I just ended up going to Pizza Hut where they were much nicer and the pizza...

So I ordered my pizza online at 7:35pm and the estimated delivery was 38-48 minutes. The pizza tracker notified me that the driver left at 8:26. At 9pm the pizza still hadn’t arrived so I called the store. They told me the driver had multiple stops so it should be coming soon. About 15 minutes later, the Domino’s app told me the order was cancelled. I called the store again and the employees were very short with me and told me it’d be another 40 minutes for a new pizza. The manager said the delivery person tried calling me but “had the wrong number.” I asked them to repeat back the phone number they have and it was the correct one. I never received any phone calls from them though. I am very disappointed in the customer service and how the manager only apologized and didn’t offer me anything else especially after I’ve waited almost 2 hours at this point for my pizza.
