Read moreThis location has been the worst I’ve eaten at. I was ordering, and wanted to use the deals from the app and the system wasn’t honoring it. I was a little bumb but there’s more. We ordered a happy meal for my daughter and she wanted a cheese burger annnnnnnd we got nuggets. Smh. I went to ask for a change and they said they would take it to my table. 15 min passed by and nothing. During those 15 min my wife was eating a home style chicken sandwich and it was raw in the middle. She ate half because the sides were well cooked but the center was still raw. So here I go back to the counter asking for the manager and I get this RUDE SHIFT LEADER NAME BLANCA!!!! I just asked if we can get a refund for not getting my daughters cheese burger and the raw chicken sandwich. She said no because it’s half way eaten and they offered me a new sandwich. My wife didn’t want it because she said her stomach felt awkward. She just said oh well with attitude and walked away from us. I was in shock. I was literally about to start a go fund me for her to get some anger management classes. Idk how she’s a SHIFT LEADER. I strongly recommend higher management to handle this problem and re-train her. Then we got another Shift Leader name DANIEL! But that’s my guy. He understood us where we were coming from, he’s well polite and gave us our money back. Read moreThis must be the one I just went to today in what used to be the Orangefair Mall complex in Fullerton. Nice clean place. but understaffed. I wanted to get a drink and go in and use the restroom, which turned out to require a code punched in at the door. I was going to order then ask for the code. There was a middle-aged lady in front of me hitting the clerk up with the 20 Questions routine about what toy characters came with the Happy Meals. She was looking to buy for a child's collection, and was oblivious to any other customer's presence as she doted on the child In absentia. A man then barged in the door who was apparently oblivious to her presence, and demanded to know the code in a loud voice. When he was done in the restroom the woman was still talking so I used the restroom (which had been vandalized), only to find that there was now a man at the counter who was in the process of vocalizing the first draft of his order. He was gesticulating and trying to strike up some sort of a bargain. He seemed like a refugee from the days of the lowdown menu. I left without getting anything. The drive-thru was about 20 cars deep...
