I had my rating at 5 stars before, but today, it dropped by two stars. Here's why:

The person who had my pizza opened it in the back without my permission. This matters because this location ALWAYS brings the pizza to the front, and in front of me, asks for permission to open it to check if everything is right. The person today did not do that, and was exchanging some words with her coworker with her back turned to me while examining the pizza.

The pizza was colder than usual. It's usually nice and hot. This leads me to believe that either the pizza was old which is why the person opened it with her coworker without my permission, or the fact that she opened it and kept it open longer than they do in front of me made it colder.

The pizza is still very good, but the above two issues are uncharacteristic of this location, which is disappointing, and I want people who are used to this location to know there's a person here who does not offer the same respect that this location has given before. I hope this was a one off and she just had a bad day, because I really love the way the reps here usually respect us as customers, and it would be a shame to lose that in this...

Pizza Hut had a hit with the new $2 one-topping personal pan pizza on Tuesdays! Then they stopped it and replaced it with a $5 flatbread pizza --- and the product was pathetic! I went in today and the worker told me the $2 joint is gone! She said it was too much work and didn't make money! WHAT? So I ordered this newbie and not only did it take longer to get my pizza --- it obviously MORE labor intensive! The personal pan: the dough is already made in the tin foil. You slather on the sauce and you add one (or no topping) and put it in the oven. This $5 Chicken, Bacon, Ranch debacle definitely without a doubt takes more work (and that is not adding in pressing out the thin flat bread dough). A crust that doesn't even hold the toppings! And how can Pizza Hut have a pizza and there is NO red pizza sauce! My pizza had RANCH DRESSING as the pizza sauce! #ohnooooooooo What a mess!
