7 Leaves Cafe Chapman — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I've visited here multiple times since this location is otw to work.

Parking: This location emphasizes on their drive thru, but you can also walk in. They're located in a very small corner with limited parking spots.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space. There's a good amount of indoor seating. Some people like to come here to study or simply hangout. They do have restrooms for customer use.

Service: Service can improve in terms of professionalism. Majority of their workers like to converse out loud in front of customers. They're quick and efficient though.

Drinks: Iykyk. 7 Leaves is one of the major supply chain boba shops. They have basic boba drinks that can be adjusted to your liking. This spot is perfect for those who prefer simple milk & fruit teas.

Pricing: Their prices did increase a bit. I only visit when I have coupons or to redeem...

Of course, most 7 leaves are pretty consistent in my opinion. not every location has a drive-through and this one does which is convenient. There’s also a handful of parking spaces. The interior is fairly spacious with individual or couple seating as well as a larger table 4 or so.

This location is convenient that it is located close to Disneyland and a lot of the Anaheim resort hotels in the corner of the Target plaza.

Overall, I wish 7 leaves had more options for unsweetened drinks as most of the drinks can only go easy sweet.

I tried to be civilized and patient. I ordered through the 7 leaves app for delivery and received only half of my drinks. I spoke to Huy whom worked that day and verified my drinks were missing and there at the store. He said he refunded me but I did not see any refund. I called few days later and spoke to the manager himself and promised a refund. Fast forward to another week. No refund. This is just bad business in general. Your store employee confirmed with me that your delivery person forgot the drinks at the store and yet no compromise or refund was given. I've waited and waited for a promised refund but to only get the automatic response. "We're working on it". Take this review into consideration. Left a bad taste for me at this location. Will not be doing...
