Del Taco — Restaurant in Anaheim

Ordered on the app to save time and ended up waiting in the drive through forever because it was moving sooooooo slow. And when I finally got to the window after a long wait, my order wasn't even ready. Like, what? There were more than 30 minutes to have my order ready. And they STILL missed my fries and sauce so I had to pull back around and wait again in the drive through. Seriously such a waste of time. This was between 12:30am and 1:15am on a Thursday night. Yes, it took that long collectively. I tried knocking on the door to get someone's attention so I could just walk in and grab my missing items but they just looked at me and ignored me. I understand that it was busy, but there was so much time to have my order prepared and ready correctly. I intentionally order on the app so that they can read my order and so there's no room for drive-through errors or miscommunication because of speaker static, etc. I can't believe I waited around 45 minutes for fast food when I preordered. I came to this Del Taco while visiting from out of town. I placed and paid for an online pickup order and when I walked over to pick it up and checked in, the doors were locked and the employees just stared at me as I knocked on the locked door. After 15 minutes, an employee finally came to the door. I explained that I had placed an online order and was there to pick it up. The employee then told me that the dining room was closed and that I needed to go through the drive-through. I explained that was visiting from out of town and that I didn’t have a car. The employee then told me that the only way to get my paid for order was to have a car and go through the drive-through. It's going to take forever for the place to reopen but I really like the look of it it looks very roomy inside for the restaurant workers I didn't go inside where we would sit I'm more of a drive-through person my order came pretty quickly everything was correct I go to a lot of fast food places and it's probably a 60/40 chance that my orders going to be wrong or something missing I'm glad this is one of the times that the order was correct I'm not only talking about this place but fast food places in general if you read my posts before you'll see there's places that I'm going to go to because I really liked the food also I like the new menu and the layout of the menu way better than before if you haven't eaten there recently you need to check it out again I...
