THE WORST SERVICE!!!!!!! I have never written a review about any establishment but the experience I had with my group of friends in celebration of our friend's 30'th birthday was ridiculous. This happened Saturday May 4th. We reserved a table a month in advance specifying that we wanted to be seated closest to front to enjoy the fireworks right after our amazing day in Disneyland. From the beginning the hostesses were incredibly rude and dismissive. We were told to show up 30 minutes early to our reservation (our reservation was at 9pm) so we left Disneyland early to make it at 8:30pm. We still waited till 9pm to get seated. Here is where it gets even worse. We were seated all the way in the back, the last table, right next to the bathrooms. The furthest you could get from any view of the fireworks. The woman that sat us was so rude as well. My friend asked if we could get the heaters turned on because it was cold and she responded "I just turned them on for you" in such a condescending way and walked away. We were still trying to make this a good night because earlier our other friend's husband had dropped off a surprise cake for after our dinner (they made this a huge deal as well). Another woman came by and dropped off waters, no introduction, didn't talk to us at all and left. We waited 20 minutes. No one ever came by again. The place was not busy. We were all very upset at this point. Our friend went to look for a manager which also took some time. The manager finally showed up after 15 minutes. He said would listen to our side and would then go listen to his staff because there are always "two sides to the story" and he was sure he would hear something different from them. That was crazyyyy to us. After everything we had been through. We were all upset and at that point decided we wanted to leave. We asked for our cake and that's when he started offering complimentary appetizers. We insisted we just wanted to leave. So we got our cake back and went to ihop where we had the most amazing service!! I don't know if it was because we weren't dressed like everyone else (semiformal) there but we were at Disneyland all day celebrating and just wanted to end with fireworks and our friend's bday cake.
We were so incredibly disappointed and we felt so so uncomfortable being there. We will never be back. There are multiple reviews about the service. Please...

The ambiance is elegant and upscale with a stunning view of the Disneyland: Disney California Adventure Park. The food is incredible and I'm going to rate it the best food in town and best food at and near Disneyland Resort! The team of chefs created a gourmet dining experience using premium ingredients and sophisticated techniques. The new weekend brunch menu is creative and vibrant. They appeals to all the senses not just taste. This is a refined dining for a refined foodie. Dont forget you can get mickey mouse waffles on the Kids Menu. There are not that many places you can get mickey mouse waffles at disneyland and near the resort.
The Highlight of the meal was the table side Mimosa Cart where you can customize your own mimosas with REAL fruit juices like Pineapple, passion fruit, blueberry, and Mango.
Every single plate has good portions. This is fine dining with wholesome servings. The service is...
ย ย ย Read moreI celebrated my birthday at Rise Rooftop Lounge and it was everything I had envisioned and more! It's not easy finding the perfect spot to accommodate a large party in a lively but not-too-crazy atmosphere. Rise is definitely an adult ambiance without the crowd and noise of a more nightlife-oriented place. The fireworks and beyond friendly staff add that magical touch to make it a comfortable environment for people of all ages. I am so happy I chose Rise for my special event because the food, drinks, service, and ambiance were absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations for a perfect night. I made my reservation for 6pm to leave enough time for eating, catching up, and taking photos before the fireworks started around 9:30. We were sat in a section with sofas and fire pits that accommodated large parties of ~15+. I wanted a relaxed space for a non-formal dinner where people could move around at their leisure, and this set-up was exactly that. My guests and I had a great experience ordering with our server Q, who was so graciously attentive in checking on our plates and glasses throughout the night, as well as recommending food and drinks based on our ordering styles/preferences. My party felt extremely well taken care of, and the night went so smoothly with great vibes all around. Although Rise is not actually connected with the Disney corporation itself, the outstanding service from Q, the bartenders, and the manager Chris all came together to create a real Disney magic moment. I truly felt like a princess that night and I cannot imagine a...
