Servers need to be on the same page. Charcuterie dish was nice, however the bread basket that accompanies it was awful. (So chewy, yes like the weather shoe your folks describe eating). I told them and they just switched out the basket with same bread. The hilarious thing was I told my server, he suggested I talk to the manager because he keeps hearing complaints. He said that she will just run and get a another basket and do nothing else. Poor guy, that's exactly what happened. Took her 30 seconds to retrieve it. I also noted to that my child had a tree nut allergy in my reservation online. Spoke with the hostess and manager at time of reservation. Everything was set staff was on board. After ordering our drinks I made sure my kids menu items were nut free. Our server said this was the first time he heard of this. He asked if I told anybody. Next, I asked about the wine/ beer selection. He told me of two wines and two beers. When I made my choice, he walked off. The other server was telling the table a longer list of choices! I was like hey wait a minute..... Then yes it gets better...when I asked for my second glass of cabernet, they were out. Then a different server came running up with 1/2 a glass saying no, we have this--- Was it pulled from another table? It was not the same wine. Another item, my child who is 12 was served the child's charcuterie dish. We paid the same amount as adult. Very expensive for Paint the Night His enterance fee into the park was the same as an adult...he was actually bummed when he received goldfish crackers and strawberries and different cuts of meat. He ate everything off my plate. Side note-I never complained to Disneyland years ago when we dined at Ariel's Grotto. We told them of our tree nut allergy, especially walnuts and they set a sald down with walnuts all over it. Server was overwhelmed, so we just set it aside. Be more attentive Disney! - Please get in the same page Disney cast members. We are fans of your parks and industry. Don't have special packages if you cannot deliver. Too expensive for the...
Read moreWe ordered online which made things fairly quick and easy. It was a bit busy but having the time between placing our order and pickup we were able to walk and check out other stuff. Once you place your order you are given a time window for pick up and will receive an alert, click "I am here" head to the counter and pick up your goodies. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were yummy, smaller tasting than they were during the regular food and wine events but that just means more room for other goodies! Had a glass of one of my favorites, Rose Regale. Sonoma Terrace has a great variety of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. Beautiful view, all outdoor, clean, Covid safe seating. Employees super nice and helpful...
Read moreWe got the paint the night package and holy moly was it worth it. The food was fresh, tasty, and just enough to fill you up for the parade, and the seats were the absolute best view. You get a table to yourself with no viewing obstructions, and the people in the parade cater to your side because there's nowhere to stand or sit on the other side of that portion of the road. It allows for some awesome pictures since the characters all turn...
