The Baseline: For a coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items.

Food: The coffee here has a great taste, is well prepared, and is roasted well. The menu is good for coffee, but the food offerings are better than most coffee places due to access to Disney chefs. The grab and go sandwiches are bigger than most coffee houses and the lunchtime salad menu is amazing. The size is big enough if you order a large.

Service: This is a Disneyland experience so the staff are always above the baseline. This was no exception and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Ambiance: Since it is a stand, there isn’t dedicated seating immediately available inside. But once you get outside there is a lot of seating for the Disneyland hotel. It is a fun place to enjoy...

While convenient to the Disneyland Hotel, this place serves bad coffee by today's standards - think about the average standard of US coffee some decades ago and if you're happy with that, you may be happy here. Not only are the coffee grounds not ground fresh to order, the coffee (even the espresso based drinks) is not brewed fresh to order either. I can't comment on the food offerings as I only tried their espresso and cold brew. Both brewing methods were terrible. The best coffee in walking distance is the Starbucks in Downtown Disney, but that can be quite a walk (15-20 minutes) especially given security and crowds. Right off the lobby, next to Goofy's kitchen is the Coffee house. Open at 6, the have several coffee options, croissants, doughnuts and selection of yogurts, sandwiches, etc. Basically, whatever you could want for a quick grab and go. There is no inside seating but right outside there are several tables to sit and enjoy the quiet. I popped down every morning for my vanilla latte (it was perfectly made) to get some work done and watch the world wake up. Later in the day, make sure to swing by before they close and get the most amazing dole whip outside of the parks. You can get a regular one or a boozie one.
