Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Anderson

Extremely UN-Kid-Friendly. The fact that they do not even have a kids' menu should have been our first clue. Since there was no kids menu, we ordered a "Slim 4" which is a turkey only sandwich. After getting the sandwich, our child stated that he had wanted lettuce on the sandwich. I returned to the counter with the sandwich and asked for lettuce to be added. One employee said, "sure" then asked if any other employees "have gloves on". Another employee, presumably a supervisor, asked why. He told her that I requested lettuce on my sandwich. She then informed me that they canNOT put lettuce on a "slim 4" sandwich. I said, well I will pay for the lettuce. She repeated that she cannot put lettuce on a slim 4 sandwich, then pointed at the menu board and said "its turkey only". I asked why she can't put lettuce on the sandwich and what the penalty is to her if she were to put lettuce on the sandwich, all she would say was "its against the rules". Really?? Also, the only tables in the restaurant have high bar style stools and ALL the booths are on a raised platform. We had a 9 month old with us, we grabbed the ONLY high chair in the restaurant and set it next to the table, because of the raised tables, our child's head barely even reached the table level, making it very awkward for our family. The music was so loud we could hardly speak to one another. Will NOT be returning to this restaurant, especially...

Ordered 9n December 23rd at 7pm. Google and their website claimed they were open.

I never got my order. I have called the store 5 times, no one answers. Went there in person, and the place was closed. So why are they still allowing orders to come through their online system???

On top of that. Every time I order from here, I have to beg for the extra toppings I ordered. They never put enough if I don't beg.

The employees also don't wear masks, so you can see their sour miserable faces while they make your food.

I've had them call me multiple times in the past to change my order because they're out of ingredients.

This place is in desperate need of new management, or to be completely shut down. Because this place is obviously lacking in any kind of competence in business.

I want my money back for the order I STILL don't have!!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

And before the "business owner" gives me their copy/paste response to leave feedback on their website-- I TRIED! The form is broken and won't accept my (perfectly valid) phone number or email address. So I was unable to submit my complaint.

What a surprise. The store is crashing and burning and the website follows!

First time I ordered for delivery, they didn't have a driver and couldn't send the order out. Someone from the shop called to say that they were very short on staff and asked if I could come pickup. I said no because I was injured and on pain meds and could not drive. I was directed to cancel my order through Door Dash, and DD could not refund my full purchase because the store had already "started my order" and could not refund my tip or delivery fee. Called the shop and was told that Johnathan (manager) would do it for me the next day. Next day I am still stuck indoors but craving a turkey sandwich so I try again...Place the order on DD and wait. And wait. Call the store and hear that there was a "shift change" and nobody said anything to the new crew about a delivery...Turns out my order is just sitting there, and nobody bothered to bring it to me. Person who I talked to said someone would be right over. 10 minutes late the food arrives but the order is wrong and it is so soggy that I threw it away. Turkey smelled bad, too. I gave 1 star each for the chips and soda. That was edible. I will not order from here again and will advise others to be...
