Sunday June 11th 2023 closing time 8:00 pm. Or so you think. Was at the location at 7:50 door locked young female laughing and smirking at the fact I was apparently unable to tell time as she walked over pecked on her little pos machine and said it's 8. Clearly was not 8 by my cellphone and I started calling 20 mins b4 close and they wouldn't even answer the phone. This was on a remake of an already subpar @ best $27.00 meal. So not only did I try to phone it in well ahead of closing I drove to store and arrived before advertised closing time only to be laughed at. With back empty of product already put up and no interest in fixing my order that I tried to phone in only to get the best of youth smirk and laughing. But, maybe 🤔 just maybe I wasn't even seen through the 6" eye lashes that were sported. We used to go here all the time. It was good, nice people. Customer Service has substantially declined at this location. There was a problem with our order last night. I was polite about it and was told by the employee on the phone that the pizza would be remade correctly the next afternoon. While the manager DID remake the pizza the next day,, when my husband went to pick it up he was told they don't have the Garden Veggie on the menu anymore. Only the Gourmet Veggie. So if we wanted a veggie pizza, that's what we were going to get even if the Garden Veggie was on the website. I had to call the store to CLEARLY explain what I was told last night. The manager had an attitude, like it was MY fault they screwed up. AND....the manager thought it was appropriate to include a personal condescending note on the pizza. No accountability for their...

The customer service is really declining here. I had to talk 3 high school aged girls into making my taco grande pizza @ 8:45 last night. Why ? The door says open until 9pm, dont start taking all the totes of toppings into the back before then.... I was told "we are already closing, how about a free pepperoni we already have made". Ah, No, we just drove across town to get here 15 minutes before closing & order the pizza that was shown in the ad, mailed to us this week. Personally, I dont think those girls would get hired @ Taco Bell or Panera...like they were talking about the whole time. A poor reflection of an awesome local business, felt like someone...
