4:14 pm, I placed the mobile order in the app for a venti dark roast with heavy cream and 3 stevias.
As I drove by, I was glad I ordered ahead, as the line was clear in the street backed up to the bypass!
4:25 pm I came back to Starbucks. I came inside and told them my name. They said it hadn't even been started yet! I had left my phone in the car, so I wasn't sure what time it was. I have scoliosis, I can not stand for long periods of time without increasing pain. I was on the way to the chiropractor.
They did not have adequate spaced seating for the amount of people in there, so I was forced to stand to keep my distance from others. They couldn't keep up with the orders, but they kept taking them, packing people in.
I finally asked how much longer, as I was afraid of being late for my appointment. The lady asked someone else, and she said it was a pour over. It had been sitting behind her on the counter ignored while they did other things. She grabbed it and handed it to me, and it felt light, so I said is everything in here? And I took the lid off, and the cup was half full and black. Someone else said it wasn't ready, grabbed it and threw it out and started over.
Anyway, by the time I got out of there, it was 4:58 pm! That was almost 45 minutes for a simple coffee order! I could have ordered a steak dinner, had it cooked, and eaten it in that amount of time! That's completely unreasonable. I counted 7 people working there. If you have orders backed up 45 minutes, a line backed up to the bypass, and so many people waiting that we can't keep 6 feet apart, maybe you need to stop taking new orders until you can catch up. How bad does it have to get until you stop taking orders?
I had to stand 35 minutes with a sore back and scoliosis just to get a cup of coffee that I pre-ordered so I wouldn't have to wait...
Read moreI ordered a Venti Hot Peppermint Mocha,it definitely was NOT Hot,it was warm and cold about 10 mins later,Images courier so I needed something HOT today. Venti averages 24oz. It was NOT filled to the top,it was supposed to have whipped cram on top,it DID NOT and there was ample space for it,it had about 4 shavings of chocolate and about 1 pump if that of peppermint, they were very busy with drive thru wrapped around the building, the CSR was friendly and they completed my order quickly but for the almost $8 price tag it shoudve been FULL & HOT,charging people top tier prices for gas station quality is absurd. It also had a burned taste to it so I had to dr it up down the road with other creamers and syrups,I DID NOT have this location remake my drink because they already messed it up the first time and I didn't want more of the same burned coffee,for top tier pricing the quality of the product should be top tier. I did email corporate of some sort for what I could find,they make it very difficult to get a hold of anyone so we'll see if they care enough to remedy this sevice🤷♀️ I sure hope so. I realize there are off days but when you have to follow a recipe guide,my drink should be Fantastic EVERY time. This location needs some serious product...
