I have known that this store was here for years, but never had occasion to visit until today. I walked in one minute after closing and instead of asking me to return tomorrow or giving me any kind of grief, I received immediate service. I did not know what I needed. All I knew is that my wife told me our cheap Dirt Devil broke today beyond repair and we were in need of a replacement, preferably one of higher quality.

The gentleman behind the counter - I did not catch his name - gave me a quick overview of the different options and features so I was able to make an informed choice. I like that they offer a 30-day exchange, either upgrade or downgrade, in case my wife doesn't like this particular vacuum. Got a vacuum about 3 months ago. Told the salesperson we had multiple animals and needed something strong for the hair. Spent about $300 and I’ve been able to sweep my tiny house one full time without it being severely clogged and didn’t know it was going to be a persistent issue until after the grace period. I brought my brand new sweeper in last week around 10/17/2023 because it had an issue with the roller rotating. Well the man calls me a couple days later and says my sweeper is under warranty and that I will get a new one.
