This is the worst McDonald's that I've ever visited. Consistent and excruciatingly slow service; drive-thru is terrible. Horrible customer service - it seems like punk kids are running the establishment with no fear of reprisal from management (or lack thereof, especially in the evening hours). The food quality is totally Hit or Miss; they will absolutely serve you meat that has been sitting for hours, it's happened to me more than once.
Obviously this is a direct reflection, and demonstrated example of poor management, and/or absentee ownership! I am 100% convinced that the ONLY reason they manage to stay in business at this location is attributed to McDonald's 63 years of name/brand recognition, accompanied by the fact that this restaurant happens to be in a great physical location.
I would be willing to place a bet that if a Wendy's, or even a decent Burger King opened a restaurant in close proximity to this establishment, they would put this particular McDonald's OUT OF BUSINESS in less than 6 months, GUARANTEED!
But don't take my word for it, all you have to do is scroll through and read the high-volume of similarly negative reviews on this location!
In closing, I really don't understand why McDonald's corporate would allow this particular location to be such a stain on their respectable brand!
And Shame on you current Ownership for allowing this to continue! Just read the ridiculously large number of terrible reviews (that have been continuously posting over a long period of time) and YOU allow it to continue. You should be ashamed of yourself as a professional, and a business owner in the food service industry! Your customer base has been speaking loud and clear and it's up to you on what you choose to do with this constructive criticism.
If you're not willing to put in the time, effort, and commitment to get this restaurant operating to it's full potential, then you should just do the community you serve (McDonald's loyal customer) a favor and sell the FRANCHISE to someone that is willing to turn this location around.
Not to mention that just based on the location, and the lack of competition in the area alone, with a little effort, and proper management, The profit margins at this location would absolutely go through the roof - As a business person, what more incentive do you need to do the...
Read moreI’ve been to multiple McDonald’s for years now and generally the order for myself and my 3 siblings are the same. Today at this location, we got 2 Big Mac meals with no pickles and onions and a Diet Coke, and 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals with sprite and lastly 10 nuggets with sauce. After we received our food, an issue came up. We first noticed that the sprites were quite literally just soda water. Either the syrup bin was empty or disconnected. As we were dining in, I brought these up to get them replaced with diet Coke’s, and they agreed. After what I thought was the last problem, we noticed many more. The big mac’s both had pickles and onions in them, which we knew was not an ordering mishap, because the boxes said “no pickle, no onion” right on them. One of them didn’t even have lettuce. The chicken in the chicken sandwiches had the texture of a rubber ball. We don’t know how this could even happen since I believe this is no longer frozen. We had to rip with chicken with our teeth, and chewing it was almost impossible. We couldn’t even finish it. And lastly, while the fries were fresh and hot, they were incredibly bland, with no salt to be seen. At that point, we just wanted to eat something, so we didn’t push them any further. It seems as if the staff are rushing with the orders. They all look stressed and while not outright rude, were just not pleasant to talk to. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that lacked this much consistency in their quality. While we absolutely know that this is cheap, we still expect our food to be edible. Glad that I was only stopping by this location, and that it’s not...
Read moreI'm editing my review today as they just renovated this place and reopened 3 days ago. Everything is turned around and I'm changing my scoring from 2 to 4 stars. The service was much better and the food tasted was better. I still took one star off because the service was too slow, especially for McDonald's. I think they simply need more help. The best part and so much worthy of mentioning is that an employee came to our table and asked us if we need any help. This is remarkable as I was with my family (wife and 2 toddlers) and it meant a lot to us, and I'm sure any parent would greatly appreciate it. If it wasn't for the slow service I would have given this place 5 stars, considering it a fast food restaurant. Bottom line I would recommend this for someone looking for McDonald's and the like places.
This is my original review for comparison, but to be clear doesn't apply anymore. This is one of worst McDonald's I've ever been to. That should say a lot considering the diverse locations across the entire country I've had McDonald's. Poor service, poor food quality, poor appearance, poor seating... This place is currently under renovation, which speaks to what it was and hopefully it turns into a...
