Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Ankeny

I was there around 11:20 AM on Sunday. Three young women were working. Unbelievably rude and condescending because I asked if they had a food item. A simple response would’ve sufficed, but instead I was met with hostility. I understand having a bad day or maybe I was the 20th customer to ask about this same item, but there is no reason to treat customers so poorly and as if they are inconveniencing you because they simply are patrons of your coffee shop. Training regarding customer service or reallocating this staff to not be customer facing should be considered. Super...

Been coming here for years as part of our weekly Target run. There has always been ups and downs with the staff. Currently it is at a low. Staff had been getting more and more rude. Drinks are not consistent and when asking for a remake they have admitted to deviating from the recipes. Their must be a management or training issue.

I cannot remember the last time a stand alone Starbucks made a drink...

Nice Starbucks inside Target. I met a date here. I arrived first, so I ordered a frappucino. I didn't realize she meant to meet her by it. She mentioned it as a landmark. Apparently, she didn't actually want Starbucks. Needless to say, my frappucino was delicious and I received great service and I enjoyed my frappucino and saved myself a few dollars since she didn't want anything....
