Update 7/3: This location is wonderful with friendly staff and some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! Update: The pumpkin pie cookie was delicious! And I followed up with the manager who addressed the issue of my cookie with no toppings. — Ordering through the app was easy enough and the people working were friendly and efficient when I picked up my order. The reason for the low stars is due to *what* I picked up. I ordered a Pumpkin Pie cookie and a Salted Caramel Cheesecake cookie, something I’ve been looking forward to all week as a holiday treat. The Pumpkin Pie cookie was received; however, for the other, I got this (see photo). I’m not even sure if it’s salted caramel or if it’s some other kind of cookie. I almost checked when I got to my car but I thought, “surely two cookies is a simple order and there won’t be a problem” (not checking was my bad) because I got home and am beyond disappointed. Unfortunately, it’s a 40 minute round trip drive that I am not going to make to have this corrected tonight. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Look better than they taste. Dry and pretty flavorless. They taste like corn syrup or other sweeter sugars, not like the typical white and brown sugar mix. Chocolate is not of great quality. We got the chocolate silk pie, peanut butter and chocolate chip. Chocolate silk pie was incredibly dry. Chocolate chip has no caramelized sugar flavor like a normal cookie would. My partner ate the peanut butter and said it was “a cookie”. Definitely not worth the 16$ spent on these. Really disappointing. Service at this location was great, I order quickly in store and my order was put together quickly. As for the cookies themselves, really upsetting. You can find better cookies else where and cheaper.

So happy Crumbl came to Michigan! If you’re craving delicious cookies and a cute shop, Crumbl is the way to go! I love that they always have the milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookies, and then have rotating flavors weekly. The workers at this location were also super friendly and efficient. 5 stars, and I’ll be back!
