I was on the search for good Korean food and came across this restaurant and decided to give them a try for my husband's birthday. It was the worst decision ever and we had a very disappointing meal that couldn't be eaten. I ordered the fried chicken and pork katsu. The fried chicken was overcooked and hard it felt like it was left too long in the fryer and was very very dry and overcooked. It was inedible .The pork was the same extremely overcooked and dry and not seasoned. The sauce taste nothing like was described in the listing and mostly tasted soy or oyster based not sure what they gave us but it wasn't spicy. The entire two meals were very underwhelming especially at that price point. I'm not sure if the cook was just having a bad night or forget to check the fryer but it's the first time I ever got food that was fried so long that it was too hard to eat. I don't think I'm willing to give them another try the meal was so bad it was trashed and ruined a birthday night. Beware when visiting I tried them because of the good reviews unfortunately it was a...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful hostess. Immediately enveloped in the atmosphere I knew I was in the right spot. I was about to have a good experience!! The service was wonderful!!! Our server was very polite and very informative. When she brought the food to the table, the trays of food were huge. The presentation was really pretty, but highlight of the day were the flavors from the food. It was amazing!!!!!!! We had the pig feet aka/jokbal!! Never in my life had I had pug feet like that so tender and sliced and spiced to perfection. We also had the double fried whole chicken, the freshness, and the taste of that chicken was like no other. This is a definite restaurant that you want to check out. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of celebrating the weekend with friends at HanJan Pocha, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for socializing, with great vibes all around.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the pork feet. It was incredibly tender and packed with flavor! A friendly tip—if you’re not a chili pro, I recommend putting the spicy sauce on the side. It’s delicious but packs a serious punch!
HanJan Pocha really nails the concept of sharing, with generous portions that bring the group together. Their menu is inspired by Korean street food, and you can tell that everything is made with the freshest ingredients, prepared daily. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic and flavorful Korean dishes in a social and...
