So disappointed with Diana. I had my sister call in my gender reveal results and she had let Diana know not to tell the person picking it up the gender of the baby multiple times, once I got there it too Diana took forever to find my order and had an attitude with me the entire time. she then told me the gender of the baby even after my sister told her not to multiple times. After telling her I didn’t want to know the gender and that was the whole point of the cake she laughed and shrugged it off I didn’t even get an apology. I came in around 3:30pm on Thursday. The young lady helping me was so sweet and very patient since it was my first time in the shop. She explained all the cake sizes and limited edition flavors.
