We came in for lunch and had a great super friendly server, we ordered and one person ordered a burger with no tomato as she is deathly allergic. Food comes out and her burger has tomato on it, we mention it to our server and he apologizes and takes it back to the kitchen to be remade no big deal. Everyone else’s food was great. Her second burger comes out and before she can even think about picking up her burger or checking for no tomato she sees something dart off her plate. She goes to look and it runs onto my plate. She crushes it and looks at the napkin only to find it’s a BABY COCKROACH. We tell the server who is apologetic and helpful and he goes to grab a manager. We wait for about 5 minutes, all of us grossed out staring at this cockroach until the manager comes over. He already seems irritated and he’s like what’s the problem with an attitude. We tell him what happened and all he says is “k I’ll be back” and goes to the kitchen. So we wait another 5 minutes and he comes back and says “yeah I’ve never seen a cockroach” we tell him ok well here’s a cockroach. He says “I’ll take that off the bill sound good?” My aunt who got the cockroach is LITERALLY vomiting in the bathroom out of disgust and we tell him no we’re not eating any of this we want it all comped as none of us have barely touched our food. He leaves and comes back offering a 50% discount. I told him that’s completely unacceptable, why wouldn’t you comp the barely touched food when you have baby LIVE cockroaches coming out of the kitchen on plates, if you have babies you have adults for sure. He keeps offering a 50% discount and we keep refusing. He leaves and comes back and all he says is “I took care of the bill” then walks away without giving us a chance to say anything. No apology or anything from the manager. We were upset but still being respectful and he had an attitude the entire time. Horrible customer service, will NEVER return. Read moreWent in for a birthday dinner. I’m only giving it one star because the food was good but other than that the experience with my hostess and the person that sat us was horrible. I just went to chili’s yesterday and the experience was well below average. When we walked in the hostess who sat us already seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He tried to sit us at a booth and I asked him for chairs instead because my mom has a bad leg. He then seated us in the middle of the room with an attitude although there were plenty other tables. Then our waitress , Mariana, had some sort of problem with our table in general and I’m not sure why because it was only three of us and we made no problems once so ever so I figured she was just in a bad mood until we noticed she was treating her other tables with kindness. She was very short with us, we could barely ask her anything without her rushing off while you was still talking. She barely came to our table we seen her a total of three times (when we were seated, when she took our order, and when she gave us the receipts; to which she told us just pay through the machine not knowing if we was paying with cash or card) other times it was just other workers bringing everything else to us. She was very rude and had a straight attitude. Every time she was working with another table, she continued to stare us down (even though she refused to come to our table)like she was racially profiling us and waiting for us to Dine and Ditch or something. Which boggles me because me and my mom are white mixed and my spouse is black. We had our money to pay like everyone else in there. I will not be returning to this location ever!!!!!! Read moreI really wanted to be able to give more stars! My son warned me before we went to lunch at this Chili's location that it had like 2.8 stars. I told him no way that's right I love Chili's. Well I can only give 3 stars. So the server was phenomenal! She answered all our questions and was super helpful and attentive. The issue was with the kitchen staff. I got the fajitas (I always do!) How can they screw up fajitas right!? Well I ordered the triple but got 2 orders of shrimp 1 of steak. What was delivered to me, well the normal triple. This would not have been a big deal except then instead of leaving my food and making it right in the kitchen, the guy who brought my meal then takes it away. Now half the fun of the fajitas is the presentation! When you take away my food even after I ask you to just leave me the part that's correct, and you don't Well you have now ruined the meal! So he takes away my food and then when I get it back half the shrimp just didn't quite look cooked enough. I'm sure it was okay but it was questionable. So it was thrown away at home. Oh and the Tortillas were hard. So had to request new ones. Sadly I just wasn't very satisfied with the meal. The company, my adult son of course made up for the meal. The server she was great and definitely wished she'd delivered the fajitas, she said she'd have left the food and brought me more shrimp. My guess is the kid running out the fajitas needed lunch and got to eat the chicken. So yeahbas long as you don't customize the triple fajitas it should be fine. The staff are very nice and the place is clean and well maintained. Hope you have a good meal.
