Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Apex

I’ve been here before and never had issues but really just coming to share my opinion on customer service; it’s important to a business and sometimes there are individuals who lack customer service and ruin the customer’s experience. It’s a good thing that there are multiple Starbucks in the area because this one left a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with a young lady name today. This Starbucks really disappointed me. Alyx messed up 2 orders and straight up didn’t know how to do her job. She didn’t know how to count simple change and refused to take a smaller bill because she would have had to count the change manually. Alyx was also rude and overcharged my friend for something that she didn’t even get. Disappointing for a Starbucks. The person taking orders had all the charm of Jen in accounting. Part of my order was meant to be a tall decaf, which I was informed with a bit of discouragement is something they do not brew to have on hand but if I really wanted it, they could make it.
