Don’t let any negative reviews deter you from entering this establishment. I’ve been coming here for about a year now regularly. If you take into account human error exists and not every experience will be perfect, they sure do an amazing job of being accountable for very few and minor mishaps. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or dissatisfied with the service they provide. The GM is a great guy and even though keyboard warriors and “Karen’s” might not be satisfied…. In my personal experience they are truly about hospitality. It means so much to me that this place is here because it is a hub for friendly interaction, good food, and good coffee. Not only can you get your work done here but you can also be a part of the community. I spend a lot of time alone and in my own world when I come here but somehow it feels like a safe place and incredibly accommodating to all kinds. My personal opinion (take it how you wish) is that more places should take note on how things operate around here and apply them to their routine. As someone who has been in the hospitality industry for most of my life, they are KILLING IT. I hope for anyone’s future visit you take into account the fact that the turnover rate in restaurants is HIGH and being able to stay successfully operational with sometimes limited and new staff is a tough feat. Hats off to all that keep this place going. Thank you for everything you’ve given me and I hope it comes back to...
Read moreMy office orders food several times a week and at least once a week from Panera, since it’s the only place that will deliver salads and somewhat healthy food. They have screwed up our order several times and never do anything to make it right. Well one time they gave me a Free YouPickTwo coupon which had to be used in store. We only get delivery so that was useless. So today I placed an order and 90 minutes later it still had not arrived. I called the Panera and the manager told me they didn’t have my order. He kept telling me that I should have checked my email for confirmation. I’m at work and don’t have time to check my personal email. He didn’t care. I told him that another coworker even saw me complete the order and we both saw where it said my order was submitted. He didn’t care. Just kept saying that I should have checked my personal email for further confirmation. Why should I have to check for confirmation in two places? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway he kept blaming it on me so I interrupted him and asked if I could please just place the order because everyone is hungry. He hung up on me. I placed a new order because I didn’t have time to go around to everyone's desks to get new orders. The food arrived with none of our customizations (sauce on side, etc) and no discounts, extras, or apologies. I will not be ordering from this...
Read moreThis panera is right across the street from my home. When me and family heard that they were implementing rapid pickup, we were super excited because its time saving. You don't have to stand in line or anything. You can place your order online while you're out and about, stop in, and pick it up from the rapid pickup shelf in the store. The last 2 times my husband has used this service, our order was stolen. When we've called to complain the first time, the manager on duty (Adam) sounded like he could care less and just told me to call corporate (which I did and still haven't heard from anyone after requesting a call back). This location either needs to take 5 seconds to see the confirmation email from the person picking up the order before they let them just pick it up from the shelf or stop doing rapid pickup all together. I really do wonder if this location just doesn't like doing rapid pickup and maybe their sabotaging it or if they're just being lazy and not doing the orders on time or forgetting to do them. This issue has only happened at this location (and we have used this service at A LOT of locations) and it's happened the last two times....
