We went at lunch time on a Saturday and it was PACKED. The wait for food wasn't too bad, but finding a seat was tough. (As was finding a parking spot.) Chicken fingers are the IT food here and they are delish--crispy, fresh, hot, and juicy! The rest of the meal was only 'OK', with typical french fries, so-so coleslaw, and a thick slice of Texas Toast that, really, was just an unnecessary filler. All of the food was fresh and at perfect temperatures. I thought the Cane sauce was tasty, not spicy. To-go boxes placed in accessible locations for customers to grab on their own would be a great help; you'll be waiting a while to get one from the counter staff when they're busy. If Chicken fingers are your thing, you'll be happy. If you want yummy sides or a burger, go elsewhere.

I only come here because my lady loves this place. Me personally I dont .get it.. I mean this is a whole restaurant dedicated to 6 year olds basically. Who else can just eat chicken fingers everytime they go to a place??? They offer 4 different chicken finger meals...with the caniac being the big boy which gives you 6 chicken fingers. They also have a chicken sandwich. They do have good bread they give you with every meal and they make lemonade there which is pretty good. They also offer ice tea and lemonade by the jug...now that's old skol. I must say I went tonight which is a Tues right before close and it. Was a might crowd...normally this place is packed at all hours of the day. Not my favorite option but people love it including my love ones.

i pass by the drive-through and order like my normal order is every time i go here but today i think they didn’t hear me what i say and the guy neither repeat what my order was until i saw my receipt when i was at the second window i told about the mistake nicely and the guy say that he didn’t hear me so i told them that i only order the 2 of 3 finger combo and the soda can be large -2 extra toast and they give me normal soda that they came with the combo for free and the large soda but when i got home the soda they give me it tasted like mint mouthwash and not like coca cola so idk what they put in my soda but i hope who ever put it something in my soda karma go back on you

They went above & beyond to help me out at my first visit there. I asked them to describe the taste of the sauce that they have & they couldn't really compare it to anything else. (And after trying it myself- I can see 👀 why! It's a very unique flavor- all on it's own- there really isn't anything to compare it to! LOL 😆) So the manager & the young lady at the counter asked the other young lady how she would describe & then the manager, who was at drive thru said- "Get her a little cup & a chicken strip so she can just try it!" So they gave me a HUGE chicken 🐔 strip & a cup of special sauce & I tried it & I thought that they were right- there is no way to describe "Raising Cane's special sauce"!" And they didn't charge me for the extra HUGE chicken strip- which is an added bonus!! The crew was super awesome & friendly & when the one young lady came out to wipe tables I asked her where the name- "Raising Cane's " came from? She was kind enough to show me where in the restaurant there was a couple different picture frames with the story of the dog "Sugar Cane". And she saw that I had received a bracelet in my kid's meal- which obviously wouldn't fit my wrist as I'm an adult- so she volunteered to switch it with a dog that also comes in some of the meals! I was elated!! 🤗🥳 The atmosphere was awesome too!! I thought it was really neat that they had turf from the Metrodome that was tore down that used to be in Minneapolis! They also had memorabilia from Prince, Johnny Cash, Elvis, famous athletes, & movie stars!!! It was definitely worth the visit just for the different pictures on the walls!! 🧱 So overall, I was definitely pleased with my very first visit to a Raising Cane's!! It was overall AMAZING!! From the very first 10 seconds when we entered the door & they yelled out a friendly greeting welcoming us, I could tell that this fast food place was gonna be different than the others!! So thank you again for a wonderful...

Normally, I enjoy going to this location to get my favorite chicken tenders, but my most recent experience tonight has me very disappointed and frustrated. My family and I pulled into the extremely long drive thru line at 11:30pm, assuming that this location would be open until 1:00am. We waited for 30+ minutes JUST to order our food, but when we pulled up (at exactly 12:00am) an employee told us that they were closed and stopped taking orders at midnight. We expressed our disappointment to the employee, telling him that we had waited for 30 minutes, but he said that the time we waited didn’t matter and it was “only fair” to the rest of the customers. We then told him the website said their location closed at 1:00am, to which he replied that they were working on fixing the issue. We understood that they were working on fixing the time on the website, but we were extremely upset that we couldn’t order, and upset for the 10-15 cars behind us that waited just as long to order and got told they couldn’t. We found it upsetting that instead of putting up a sign or having an employee go out to tell the customers that they changed their hours, the employee told us that that the time change was on the door. I would also like make a point that the employee was a little sassy with us after we had asked him questions. Overall, this is one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. At least Taco Bell got 10-15 more customers...

Not sure what exactly Caine's does for their chicken. As someone who has worked in the food industry for about ten years, my best guess is that the batter and breading is done in-house, because their chicken is certainly better than any others that come to mind. Lemonade is also excellent, and most people will end up chain-ordering that onto their meal/combo for many orders. Many people do consider price an issue, but as someone who eats out of home infrequently, I cannot say the same, though may see myself having that opinion if I did.

Staff is excellent, very often friendly, have never personally seen the locations service perform slowly. My particular trip associated with this review, I believe I entered AND exited the drive thru window within three minutes, and not much longer if at all.

Only perceivable issue is the gargantuan volume that I, as a resident of the city and long-time food worker, have witnessed this location service. I also make the assertion that the amount of business they do is regular, almost 24/7, especially so around peek eating hours. If you want to go for lunch or dinner, don't use the drive-thru or make it a early/late meal. Again, I must repeat that this NOT an issue with speed, staff, or management, but purely an issue with stacking traffic on the roadway connecting their parking lot.

Fast, reliable, responsive service; it's an excellent customer experience. Their most reliable workers...
